Realization

Dammit... I need to grab her.
If I don't, who knows what will happen to her.

There's a force pulling me in the opposite direction....

Shit!! This isn't good.

I have to save her.

I took a deep breath and pulled my energy forward. My piercing, violet eyes glowed as I defied the dimension's strong force. I bursted through what felt like thick, binding air and dashed towards Delilah.

"Argh!" She shrieked as her leg slipped into the black hole.

Delilah began to fall and I quickly grabbed her arm as she reached out to me.

This force is heavy... it's trying to pull both of us in.

I used all of my strength to pull both of us away from the hole. I fell backwards and Delilah fell on top of me. I could feel her heart beating rapidly on my chest.

"Are you okay?" I asked her while sitting up.
"Yeah, thanks to you." She replied as she lifted herself off of me.

"What a shame... I almost had the girl." The dark voice spoke up.

Ahaha. He messed up when he spoke. I found where he's hiding.

"Oh no! Please spare us." I shouted to the demon twin.

I'm a great actor... I don't want him to know that he revealed his whereabouts.

"Delilah, stay here and focus your biokinetic energy on the floor. It will keep you still." I whispered in her delicate ear.

"Okay." She whispered back as she took in a few deep breaths.

"Mercy? Ahaha you shall get no such thing." The demon twin shouted once more, which led me directly to his hiding spot.

I focused my energy around me and it began to lift me up. I flew up into the air and vanished.

I found myself in a different area of the dimension. I glanced down and there the little bastard was. Hiding like a coward and pulling the strings behind the scenes.

"Found you." I smirked as he stood in shock.

"How..?" The demon uttered while backing away from me.

"Never underestimate me." I replied.

The demon swung his fist at me and I instantly ducked his hit. He swung again and this time I grabbed his fist. I began to squeeze his hand extremely hard. He shrieked as he tried to free himself from my grip.

Scream louder. Let your terrified voice ring throughout the dimension. Ahaha cry out in agony, but nobody will hear you. You'll die by my hands.

I put more force into my grip and blood began to leak from his hand. Looks like I crushed his little bones. I yanked his arm towards me and his entire body jerked forward. I took my elbow and bashed it into his skull. He flew backwards, leaving a heavy trace of blood.
