I felt weird. I felt weird and hot. I haven't seen Bryce in a week, so I basically telling everyone it was just because I haven't been away from him this long.
But that wasn't the case. My body was hot, my mind was jumbled and I could barely breath.
My sight was hazy and I could only remember little things that happened a hour ago.
I did get text from friends, they are all excited about someone coming back.
'Who's coming back? Did anyone leave?'
The only thing I could do was groan.
When my eyes were closed I saw blue eyes. Beautiful, magnificent, bright blue eyes.
When I saw them I felt myself smile, they reminded me of the ocean.
My mother came home and took my temperature.
She was very concerned and called my father. After that she called my school, but I said something.
I felt my body say something. I don't know what is was but mother looked confused.
"What?" I asked but even if she did tell what, I couldn't understand what it was.
"Cry? That's a weird thing to say." She said before leaving and going to work.
'Cry?'
Then it hit me, "Blue eyes!"
I finally knew why I was seeing blue eyes. Beautiful beautiful blue eyes.
'I'll call him. Maybe that will make me feel better.'
I reached for my phone and saw more text. Most of them was from the same person who was just a '<3' in my contacts.
"Strange."
I typed in his number, that I strangely remembered.
"Hey?" His voice answered and I smiled. His voice was so soothing and beautiful.
"Hi."
"Ryan? Hehe you sound terrible."
Strangely everything went black except him and the call.
"I am terrible." I chuckled stating a fact.
"That's no good. Why'd you call me?" He said getting straight to the fact.
"Why not?"
"Did you call Bryce? I bet he will make you feel better." I could hear his teasing, but I didn't understand. Bryce was just a friend.
"Ryan?"
I was trying to concentrate. This didn't feel right. Cry and I talking... it shouldn't feel forced. There was something going on. Why can't I understand.
"Yeah?"
"Are you sick or something?" I hummed a yes.
He let out a nervous giggle, "this had happened before Ryan. It's funny really. I've never known someone who gets sick and forget a lot of things."
I squinted up at my light, still very confused. "What do you mean?"
He sighed. And I just imagined him running his pale, soft hands through his shiny brown locks.
"You'll understand when you get better. I'm glad you called me though. If you called someone else they wouldn't understand." And he hung up.
And I realized the pain was getting stronger.
