~Bryce's Pov~
"Spooky skeletons bitches!"
"Delirious shut up! There are other people." Ohm scolded as he took the lead in the haunted house.
"This isn't scary." Delirious said as he stood closely with Luke.
"Yeah, it isn't. We should turn back now and get a refund." I stopped in my tracks and slowly turned around.
"You aren't going anywhere Brycie." Ohm said pulling on my- his hoodie, spinning me around.
"B-but..."
"Don't worry it will all be a good laugh in a hour."
Luke laughed. "Sure is dark."
Right as he said that a zombie jumped out at us.
I'm pretty sure we all screamed but all I could hear were mine.
The zombie chuckled and went back to hiding.
"Your shriek made the dead laugh!" Luke praised.
I let out a nervous chuckle as we turned a corner.
Three witches and a goblin... yeah.
"Oooh lookin here. Four yummy snacks, heheh."
"We can spilt them evenly."
"I'll take the ginger one." The gobbling grumbled following us through.
"Heheh I'll take his friend." A short stubby one pointing to Delirious.
"Ha, we are already taking each other. Thanks though, we won't even taste good. Haha.... Ohm? Bryce?" Delirious rambled on nervously trying to convince them not to eat us, as Luke walked over to the exit.
"Come on guys."
As we walked out the exit I turned behind me and saw one of the witches wink at me.
Haha nope.
"Ohmmmm!" My feet started hurting and we kept on running from one place to another.
"What?"
"I'm tired." I groaned.
Delirious was leaning on me for support and Luke was slowing down majorly.
"We are almost done." I nodded. At this point the scares didn't scare me.
"Why can't we be friends? Why can't we be friends?" Delirious started singing when he saw a clown.
He reached out for him dramatically.
The clown sighed and held out his hand but dramatically wiped his forehead.
And acted like he was forced away.
"Good job Del. You made the bad guys go away."
Del just nodded to tired to give a response.
When we saw the exit I jumped for joy. "Freedom! Yes!"
Then a creepy doll like person jumped out.
"Heheh! It isn't going to be that easy."
"Sorry ma'am, but we are tired and done with this. The exit is right there. We are going to walk and not run. So if you could ever so kindly leave." Ohm politely said.
She huffed and sighed. "Whatever."
And sat down on a wooden stool.
We walked out of there. Tired as fuck.
"I'll go get the truck." Luke said following everyone else, around the forest.
Del laid on a picnic table and Ohm sat on chair that went all the way around a tree.
"I'm getting a water. Anyone want one?"
Delirious shook his head and Ohm just closed his eyes.
Guess he has a headache.
As I walked over to the little concession stand I saw the zombie from earlier.
I turned beet red and look away.
I heard him laugh.
"Hi." I looked toward the voice.
It was the zombie guy. He had smeared zombie make up and torn clothes.
But his eyes were a cute grey.
"I'm h-hey."
Damnit Bryce.
"Don't worry I'm not really a zombie." He smiled.
I giggled.
"My name is Hayden." He said extending his hand.
"Bryce." He smiled.
"I like that name." De je vu.
I blushed. "Thanks."
"Hey Bryce, what's taking so long?" A muscular arm wrapped around my shoulder.
"Ryan?"
"Hmhm?"
"What are you doing?" He looked down at me. I looked away towards Hayden.
"Umm... Hayden this is Ohm. Ohm, Hayden." I introduced them.
Ohm glared at the blonde, but the other smiled warmly at him.
"Nice to meet you." He said.
"Same to you." What is his problem?
Hayden pulls out a small notebook with notes written all of it and ripped a page out. He took a pen from a thing of pens. He scribbled on the paper for a bit before handing it to me.
"Well, I better get going my roommates don't know about this job and I want to freak them out. Here's my number Bryce, it's nice to meet you," he started walking away until he turns around quickly and waved. "You too Ryan."
