When Two Worlds Meet

Chapter 6: Skylar

Skye's POV

I walked into my apartment dropping my stuff and leaning against the door only to be taken out of the dreamland I was in by my sister.

Jackie- Why the hell you smiling like a damn idiot?

Skye- Why...how?!?

Jackie- I was expecting you sooner but after a few hours I devised a plan to get. That was the easy part, the hard part was getting into this place without trippin any of the alarm systems around your apartment.

Skye- Right and your here because...

Jackie- because...I don't want to sleep outside.

I sighed before turning and going right back out of my apartment. I stood there until I felt something buzzing, pulling out my phone I answered.

Skye- Hello

Gigi- Hi just wondering if you got home yet?

Skye- I did only to be blessed with my sisters presence.

She laughed on the other side making me smile.

Gigi- If you need a place to retreat to you can come over.

Skye- I don't know if your parents will be okay with that.

She was quiet for awhile then I heard some rustling.

Gigi- Okay come pick me up in 20 minutes...bring a bag too.

Before I could say anything she hung up. I looked at my phone before putting it away and going back inside. I spotted my sister on the kitchen counter with a bowl of cereal.

Jackie- What's the plan? *she said with a mouth full of cereal*

I went over to the closet and looked for a bag.

Skye- Well, you are going to stay here while I go some place with a uh...fri-

Jackie- ohhh I know your "Friend" you should call her your girlfriend already girlfriend.

My face turned red as I continued towards my room to fill the bag.

Skye- We aren't that serious yet. We just only had our first date.

She leaned on the door frame and crossed her arms.

Jackie- Come on, your never "serious" about anybody and this is the first one in awhile.

She came in and sat on the chair in the corner. She looked like she was thinking hard then she opened her mouth.

Jackie- I remember the last one Natalia she was pretty not so nice she tried getting serious and you pushed her away.

I rolled my eyes at her and zipped up the bag and pulled it over my shoulder.

Skye- Natalia was a whore that had no respect for privacy. Don't get into trouble while I'm gone and...don't wreck the scooter.

She smiled at me before thanking me and saying she'll try. I grabbed a set of keys heading out to the parking garage and hopping in my first truck. It's a yellow, beat up,and 2000 Chevy pick-up. As it revved to life I felt the excitement build as I drove to Gina's house.

When I pulled she was standing up front with bags of different shapes and sizes. She turned around and her eyes widened she she saw my truck.

Gigi- I was almost afraid we couldn't bring everything.

She laughed as I helped put the bags into the back of the truck. When she had put the last bag in the bed I pinned her against the truck staring down at her as she looked so innocent looking up at me, I leaned down kissing her softly when our eyes met again I spoke up "You know I really like you some may even say I love you." I repeated what she had told me not even 3 hours earlier making her giggle.

As we drove down the highway she leaned against me fast asleep she had given me a paper with directions on it so as I followed the directions we went further and further away from the city. When we arrived in the middle of nowhere with no more directions I woke her up. She sat up and stretched then looked at me "how may I help you?" I smiled at her as she processed where we were. Once she looked outside her window she un covered herself and stepped out of the car then continued to stretch I watched before glancing away as she noticed I was staring.

Then I felt the car shift, she turned it off and I looked at her as she immediately kissed me startling me at first before I began to move with her. After our little session she sat back and looked at me "how did you know?" I looked at her and raised my eyebrow in question then she rephrased herself "how did you know you umm...liked?" She looked down at her hands before I spoke up "you mean how did I know I was gay?" she nodded "Well, that's a very long and complicated story but it has a very short summary. It kinda started with my second or third boyfriend whenever we would start getting intimate I never felt the same satisfaction I felt with a girl. I only knew this cause my first girlfriend made me feel different than when I was with a guy." I leaned against the door and pulled her close to wear we were laying across the seat but she was still in my lap. I looked down at her then asked "was there anyone before me?" She looked up and went on to explain "they were all guys that my parents wanted me to date except one he was absolutely perfect except for the fact that he left me for my sister. You are the first girl I've really been with, I'm still surprised by how my mom seems not to care." She was falling asleep again until I shifted to lay her down, to go look for what I'm assuming as a tent or something, she looked up at me and smiled before closing her eyes.

I went to the back of the truck and all I found was a tarp, some poles and and air mattress. I grabbed the stuff and blew up the air mattress then laid it down in the bed of my truck before sticking the poles in the ground around the bed. I attached the tarp to two of the poles and rolled it up so we could still see the stars. I made the air mattress as you would a bed then carefully carried her to the air mattress and laid her down piling the bags of clothes and food inside the cab then climbed next to her and fell asleep.

***Author's Note***

My story style has changed throughout the chapter as i found how I like it but it should be more consistent as we go through with the story. As of right now I don't have any ideas after they meet but its getting there and with the next chapter we'll be going back to our trio's Pov. Maybe they'll meet or maybe they won't. Hope you enjoy the story and I'll talk to you again in the next chapter.
