DEJUAN POV:
"So what do you want De?" Ask Janeka as she crossed her arms I smirk. "So why you ain't call?" I ask leaning against the building. "Um last time I check I was grown." She said with her arms still crossed. I grab her by the waist and pulled her into me she yelp and put her hands on my chest. "So why haven't you called?" I ask again holding her by the waist. "Again I'm grown last time I check." She said rolling her eyes. So I smack her ass. "Ouch what's wrong with you?" She ask rubbing her bottom. "So again why haven't you called?" I ask again. "Because my world doesn't revolved around you that's why." She said with a smirk. I smack her ass again. "Don't be smart." I said with a smirk. She punch my arm damn that hurt a little. "Stop that it hurt." She whined rubbing her butt again. I move her hand so I could rub it. "Better now." I said. She blushes and looks the other way. "Yeah" She said in a whisper. "Whattt was that I couldn't here you." I said with a smirk. "You heard me." She said. I started chuckling. "So what are you doing today?" I ask with my arms resting on her waist. "Working." She said. "I know smartass I mean after?" I ask as I pinch her butt. "Nothing probably sleep." She said. "No your coming to my house to chill with me." I said and she push away from me. "What no I'm not." She said as try to get out my grip. I pull her closer. "Why not?" I ask. "Because Dejuan I want to go home to shower and sleep that's why." She said with her arms crossed. "You can do that at my house you can wear my clothes." I said. She push away from me. "I'll think about it. Now if you'll excuse me but I'm going back to my lunch since I wasted half of it on you." She said with her arms crossed. I swear she got a smart mouth. I smirk. "We was only out here for fifteen minutes buttercup." I said. She makes a face. "Exactly, and buttercup." She said with an eye raise. "Yeah from the powerpuff girls you have buttercup smart mouth and attitude." I said with a chuckle. "What that new show?" She ask. "No from the 90's I don't really care for the new remakes." I said. "Oh okay well then I'm cool with it." She said with a smile. "I bet." I said. "Whatever I'm going back." She said walking away but I pull her back. "You better think about it to because I'm going to call you later." I said kissing her forehead and then pinch her butt. She smack my arm. I laugh "What." And she roll her eyes as she walks away. "Okay have a good rest of the day buttercup!" I shout as she walks in the shop and people starts looking at her. She blushes and glared at me it was cute as I chuckle and go to my car to wait for Ray. A few minutes later Ray got in the car and we pulled off. "You get everything?" I ask Ray. "Yeah I got everything oh wait." Said Ray. "What?" I ask. "I forgot your food boss man." He said. "What well we going back." I said making a U-turn. "I'm joking I got your beacon cheese burger pizza." He said laughing. I make another U-turn. "Man that's not funny got me wasting my gas money." I said. "Oh but it is." He said still laughing. We arrive back at the shop and gave everyone their lunch and went in my office. I sat down in my chair and started eating when my phone started ringing. I put pizza down and grab my phone and answer it. "Hello." Said Darren. "Hey Darren wassup?" I ask. "Nothing just got in the house, what about you?" Ask Darren. "Nothing just trying to enjoy my lunch with no interruption but you mess that up when you called. So how you, mom, dad, and Dave doing?" I ask as I took a bite of my pizza. Darren started laughing. "We're good well pa spend the night in jail last night but he's home now." Said Darren. "What! Did he had weed on him again?" I ask as I take another bite. "No he was playing his guitar in the park naked again so he got a fine." Said Darren I started shaking my head. "Wait where was ma?" I ask getting another slice of pizza. "Oh she was at work." Said Darren. "Wow okay." I said. "Is anyone home?" I ask taking drink from my soda. "Yeah, well Dave is going with grandma and grandpa I wanted to know if I could come down for spring break?" He ask. "Because I do not want to be here for a whole week with just ma and pa." He added. I chuckle. "Uh yeah I see what you mean, because I did well me and Jase." I said. He started laughing. "Wait why was Jase there?" Ask Darren. "Oh his dad thought it would be a good punishment but Jase had fun." I said laughing. "Wow." He laughed. "But yeah you can come." I said. "Okay cool imma start packing." He said. "Okay when do spring break start?" I ask. "Next Thursday." He said and I started laughing. "I'm driving down." He said. "Okay wait so is Dave there now?" I ask. "Yeah he upstairs I think." He said. "Oh okay well then I'll see you then bye." I said as I hang up. I went back to eating when my phone started ringing again. "Fuck" I said to no one in particular. I answer it and put it on speaker. "Hello!?" Said Jase. "Yeah wassup?" I ask. "Stop doing that." Said Jase. "Doing what?" I said eating my pizza. "You not saying nothing when you answer your phone. How am I suppose to know if you answer or not?" He ask. "Man you called me." I said taking another bite. "Exactly." He said. "What do you?" I ask. "That I might be moving out." He said. "What all because I scared you with that clown outfit, come on stop being a drama queen." I said. "What no I mean if everything goes well I'll be moving into my place." He said. "Oh okay cool that was fast." I said taking another bite. "Yeah well I'm going to meet with him now, and stop smacking in my ear damn." He said. "Man you called me and during my lunch. I'm going; let me know how it goes." I said. "Okay." He said and I hang up. I turn my phone off and go back to eating my beacon cheese burger pizza in peace.

JASE POV:
I had just got off the phone with Dejuan on my way to meet Mr James. If everything and paperwork goes right then I will be moving in today. I pulled into the development and pulled into the condo' s garage. I called Mr James and let him know I'm here and he said to come right on in. I got out and walked in. "Hello Jase my how you grown. I remember when you went off to college." Said Mr. James. "Hello Mr. James and thanks it has been a while." I said as I shake his hands. "James is fine son." Said Mr. James. "Um okay, so this is a townhome?" I ask. "No its a condo, I know it looks like a townhome." Said Mr. James. "Okay then." I said. "Yeah well let me show you there's also an upstairs." He said as he started walking off. "Okay." I said as I follow. Twenty minutes later we're outback. "This is the backyard its not big but you can still throw little parties and get together back here too. So what do you think do you like it?" He ask. "I like it, its nice and roomy its just right for me and your putting in an half bathroom yeah I'll take it." I said with a smile. He laugh. "Okay come on we can do the paperwork inside." He said as we went inside. "So James how's JJ, and Penny doing?" I ask as I finish signing the paperwork. "Their good actually." He said with a smile. "How old are they now?" I ask. "Well Penny is twenty-five, JJ is twenty-two, and Matthew and Sophia is six." He said. "Oh okay, Penny has a daughter right?" I ask as I give him the paperwork. "Yea and she expecting her second daughter and JJ is getting married in three months." Said Mr. James. "Okay that's cool wait I thought my dad said JJ was still single is he back with Emily?" I ask. Mr. James face got serious. "Okay when I tell you this don't tell your father. I mean imma tell him but not yet." He said and I nod my head. "Okay then no he's not back with Emily. Her name is Sharon and she African American she twenty-four and work for the FBI." He said. "Wow I didn't know JJ dated outside his race." I said. "Yeah me either I don't have a problem with it, but your dad not to much which is the reason I haven't told him yet." He said. "I won't say nothing how long they been dating?" I ask. "Two years do you want to come to the wedding?" He ask. "Yeah sure, so how long do I have to wait until I can move in?" I ask. "Okay I'll send you an invite and bring a friend, and you can move in now or you can wait until they finish the bathroom which should be done next week." He said as he hands me the keys. "A friend really." I said with a face. "Hey its going to be a lot single ladies if you don't went to get mingle that's up to you." He said. I laugh. "Okay well I'll move in after they finish I move a little stuff in but I move everything after they finish." I said as we head out. "Okay well if they finish before hand or anything pops up I'll let you know." He said as he got in his car. "Okay I'll be seeing you Mr. James." I said as I got in my car. He drove off. I grab my phone and go threw my contacts until I see the number I wanted and called it. It ring until someone said hello. "Hey are you busy?" I ask the person on the phone. "Okay good join me for lunch?" I ask. "Because I want to get to know you better." I said. It was quiet for a bit. "Hey you still there?" I ask. "Okay so what do you say?" I ask. "That wasn't really getting to know each other if you ask me." I said with a smirk. The person on the phone started to giggle. "Okay so you going to join me?" I ask. "Okay cool send me the address and I'll be there ok bye." I said as I hang up and start up the car. My phone goes off letting me know I got a message I look at it and put the address in my GPS and drove off.
