Caryl all the way. I feel like Daryl and Carol have this understanding with eachother. They both know they have feelings for eachother but neither of them are willing to say it. I think Daryl won't confess because he doesn't want to get hurt again and he's not great wiht his feelings. I think Carol won't say anything because she doesn't want to make Daryl uncomfortable and loose his friendship because he doen't know how to deal with his emotions and feelings.
