Living with Social Anxiety isn't easy, it really isn't. Many people pretend to have SAD, but they don't have SAD. They think it's cool. But thinking, that everyone is going to judge you just because you stand somewhere and stuff like that isn't cool. It's annoying but you can't get over it. You can't get over the anxiety.
So stop pretending please.Shyness and SAD get often confused so that they're one thing. (Does that makes sense?) But they aren't.
I just want to ramble in this book, speaking about feelings that I can't express when I talk and opinions that I can't tell anyone.
I hope you will like this, maybe agree with some things.
