1. "You are just shy, get over it.", or things like this. It is really rude and it seems like you just don't want to understand this person.
It isn't easy to "get over it" and it isn't shyness.

2. "You are always so quiet, talk more.", TBH for myself I don't include it as rude but I heard about it that people feel attacked so I will include it.
People are quiet for a reason, most can't just start talking like  for 1 hour straight and you can't answer that question, it will just be really awkward and maybe even embarrassing for us.

3. "Aren't you just being over dramatic?", uhm just no. I think this sentence says everything for itself.

4. "You just need to think positiv." Again, everything says it for itself.

5. "your face turned suddenly so red!", most of the time is a following "It looks so funny!". Don't say that. It is really uncomfortable and people with SAD will think you are making fun out of them even when you don't mean it.

6. "You are a attention seeker.", there are people who are but most people don't want to seek attention. The same with depression. People really struggle with mental illnesses, it isn't funny for persons with mental illnesses when you say something like this. It is just really rude.

7. "just do it.. it isn't a big deal.", again says it for itself.

8. "other people have it worse, you are selfish.", uhm that's really rude first off. There are people who have it way worser but sentences like this can't cure an Illness. It is like saying get over your fever.

There are way more sentences but they are mostly like an under category to other things.
