It's been a week since Star and I had beaten Ludo yet again, we went to Stop and Slurp to celebrate. We acted like idiots when we got there, I remember the smile on Star's face. As long as she is happy that's good enough for me. Throughout the week, we just chilled at home doing what we usually do. We'd jam out to music, watch movies, have deep conversations, and take a walk in the park at times. Star and I would try to make every moment count, because we wanted to live in the moment. We wanted to be in each other's company. Things were going pretty smoothly today, never crazy happened. I said good morning to Star and my parents. I took a shower and put on my regular clothes, eating breakfast downstairs with Star. It was the middle of June, my parents haven't taken us anywhere which surprised me. I was in my room just playing my guitar until my parents called Star and I to come downstairs.

"Kids we need to need to tell you something." My dad says in a serious tone.
"Dad did we do something wrong?"
"No hijo, not at all."
"We're going to Hawaii!" My mom says excitedly.
"Alright!" I say happily. I'm so happy we're going there, I've always wanted to, and just when I said we haven't gone anywhere.
"Whats Hawaii?" Star said confused.
"It's the fiftieth state of the U.S.A and it's like a tropical wonderland." I state.
"Really?! That sounds so cool!" She squeals.
"You guys should pack your clothes, we're staying there for seven days. We're staying at a hotel only a block away from the beach, get some rest because we leave at three am to catch the five am flight. We're waking up early to get to the hotel early, so that we can check in and put our stuff our rooms. My dad says while smiling
"Awesome!" Star and I say at the same time.
"Wait dad, how is Star supposed to get on an airplane if she doesn't have a passport?" My dad was about to answer until Star spoke.
"What's a passport Marco?"
"It's a document stating you can fly to different countries around the world."
"Oh, well I can create a passport if I could see what it looks like."
"Really?!" We all say, hardly believing in what she said.
"Marco you should know this better than anyone that I can literally create anything with my wand."
"Good point." I laugh nervously.

My dad went upstairs to grab his passport to show Star, once he came back down he handed the passport to Star. She looks at the passport for a few seconds before she zapped her hand. A passport appeared out of nowhere, instead of having my dad's face on it, it had her face on the passport. The passport had her date of birth, where she was from, what country she was born, and her full name. Obviously it didn't say she was from Mewni because then she would never be able to go. It said she was born in the U.S.A, I was still mesmerized by the fact that it was a real passport. My parents were still shocked as well, we all smiled her at her for doing that. There's nothing she can't do... Even if she didn't have her wand, Star can do anything when she puts her mind to it, and that's one of the things I admire about her. Star and I went upstairs to pack our things in our suitcases. I told her to only bring clothes for only seven days, not to bring any liquids, and to make her sure her suitcase was under fifty pounds. I explained to her why and she had to take some things out of her suitcase. I left to my room to finish packing my suitcase, once I finished I went to Star's room to see what she was doing. I also wanted to see if she finished packing.

"Oh hey Marco, I'm guessing your done with your suitcase?" She says smiling.
I give her a nod.
"I just finished with my suitcase as well." She said.
"Since we're done, what do you wanna do?" I say
"We could just talk." She said.
"Are you excited to go to Hawaii?" I ask.
"I'm really excited to go, it'll be like a new adventure and plus I've never been there before."
"Way to point that out captain obvious." I chuckle.
"You love teasing me don't you?" She pouts.
"What would you do if I yes?" I laugh.
"You suck!" She sticks her tongue out at me and I do the same. We start to laugh a bit.
"You always know how to make me laugh." She gives me a genuine look.
"I guess that goes for the both of us." I say smiling and she giggles.
"Hey Marco, what do you wanna do when we get to Hawaii?"
"I don't know, I definitely want to go swimming. Would you like to swim with me once we get there?"
"Of course you weirdo, I was going to go with you either way." My heart started to beat faster when she said that.
"Marco are you okay? Your face is kinda red." Star asks worriedly.
"I'm fine." I don't know what's wrong with me. I'm getting that same weird feeling again.
"Marco you can tell me anything, I'm always here for you." She gives me a reassuring smile.
"I know I can tell you anything, it's just that I don't know what it is."
"Whenever you're ready I'll be here okay?" She holds onto my shoulder.
"I know, thanks Star."
"Hugs!" She hugs me by surprise, at first I'm startled by it, but then I just hug back.
