Chapter 4: A lucky day

[Relle's POV]

Nakangiti akong pumasok sa classroom and I saw my classmates na napakasaya. OK, something's really wrong with the aura.Especially sa aura ni Gred. Whatever happened today or yesterday made her so happy.

I strutted to my armchair, nilapag ang bag ko at nilapitan ang TAN-G girls nag-uusap. Si Nette na tumatawa,for whatever reason, si Berry na nakasmile at si Gred na abot tenga ang ngiti habang nagkukwento.

Napansin ata nila na papalapit ako dahil tumigil sila sandali at tumingin sa akin.

"Good morning Relle!" Hyperactive na sabi ni Gred.Sumobra na naman ba ang sugar intake nitong babaitang toh?She isn't naturally this active so something might have happened. Gred is the kind of person who still smiles at good things that happened even after a day. Pag may nangyari ngayon,makakapagbadmood ot goodmood sa kanya, hanggang bukas pa yung effect niyan! Some even lasts for a week.

Absent ako kahapon at wala ako sa bahay nila para malaman ang dahilan kung bakit parang hyperactive ata siya.I know I missed something.Absent pa kasi Relle! Iyan tuloy! Ang dami mong namimiss! Haist!

"So??? What did I miss?" I curiously asked. Gred smiled and excitedly answered. She looked cute, by the way.

"Oh~~~ you and Berry here missed a lot. Like long tests , my reporting, the review, Mocha's stupidity, Jhonna's brilliance, Raniem's shortness,Belle's Treat....." And she went on and on.I looked at Berry and she just smiled meaning let Gred be..Absent din pala twinnie ko kahapon? Hahaha! Mukhang connected na talaga kaming dalawa eh!

"....And the chairs, our classmates, teacher's, oh and Sir Mendez's epic failness." She finished.She's really weird sometimes,but still we wouldn't want her any other way. Nette was looking at her like she missed one thing out of all that she said.

" I thought you were gonna tell them about the table scene ,you know,that thing you were about to tell Berry a while ago." Nette said, making her remember, I hope, ulyanin pa naman tong gagang to.

"Which table scene? Oh that one.The Timmy ft. Table scene?" Gred's curious expression was replaced with that eye smile and daydreaming face.Cute!!

Pero wait? Timmy ft. Table? The table is Gred's new crush rival ey???

"Your new crush rival is a table?" I asked.

Tiningnan nila ako na parang nahihibang na ako. Offending much ang stares nila, I tell you.

"What?" I asked.They were giving me judging stares.

"Of course not! If anything it would be little old Nette here." Depensa niya. Habang tinuturo pa si Nette sa chest area niya. Here fingers were slapped away immediately, and a 'hey' can be heard from Nette.

Si Nette ang crush rival niya?

"Eh?akala ko yung table na yung crush rival mo." Nagtataka kong tanong. Diba?  Dapat yung table na yung crush rival niya! Right? 

"Kailan ko ba sinabi Na ang table ang crush rival ko.Ang advance mo mag-isip.................." Pagpapaliwanag niya. I stared at her. That is true pero hey! Hindi naman ako ganon kalala.

"..and you're weird too." Dagdag niya. This time siya naman ang nakatanggap ng judging stares.Weird daw ako? Ano nalang siya aber?

"Says the one who is weirder." Sarkastikong sabi ko.She looked scandalized!

"Hey! I'm a good weird thinker and you're a bad weird thinker. " Pagdedepensa niya sa sarili.

"Yeah right! Pinapatawa mo ba ako?Sino ba sa ating dalawa ang nagsuggest ng pinakabrutal at pinakaweird na torture method para Kay Mocha- cake at Yssa- akala-mo-anghel.?hmmm.?" I teasingly asked.Parang lumaki pa yung mata niya ng narinig niya ang sinabi ko.
