Unexpected Visitors

Author's Note

As you can see from the picture Final Fantasy XV's Noctis is inside so you can probably guess what this chapter would be about.I honestly really enjoyed XV as much as VII so check it out! XD (The Idea just randomly came to me and I might be making loads of this kind of chapters.)I will now begin this chapter.

"Cloud,do you have anything planned today?" Tifa asked from the bar,her hands rearranging the bottles.

"Today? No.For three days I'm completely free."

"Alright,then can you help buy a few items? I'm unsure if you want to go out or stay home for dinner."

"Let's stay home...Denzel and Marlene seems to tired to move after today.Also with the heavy rain.it might be hard," Cloud said after looking through their rooms.

"That's tru-" the sound of the bell interrupted Tifa's words."Oh? Who might that be?"

"I will get it.Tifa you can stay there."

Tifa peeked curiously as her eyes followed Cloud's back.She heard a few murmurs that sound evolved into normal speech.

"Noct,do you think they would let us take shelter here?" the blonde asked.

"That's why he is asking but I don't think they would.He seems reluctant about it," the muscular one answered.

Tifa peered through from behind only to see  a party of four in front of her doorstep. "Cloud,do you know them?"

"Not a clue," Cloud answered still pondering over the matter.

"Wow,she's pretty!" the blonde exclaimed.

"Prompto,now's not the time to be saying that," Ignis answered.

"Well,there's no better time than now!"

"Sorry about this.Once the rain dies down we will leave so could you let us in for a while," the leader asked,ignoring Prompto's comments.

"If it's just for a short while it should be fine right Cloud?" Tifa's face beamed with the idea of having a visitor.

Although the party left a few minutes ago,she wasn't expecting visitors and the house was too quiet.Cloud's face scrunched but relaxed as he gave in to Tifa's request.

"Alright...only until the rain stops."

"Hahaha.Even the greatest man have their weaknesses," Gladiolus commented.

"That's true."

Cloud stared as he heard the comment that passed.Tifa rushed over to the bar counter to get a few drinks before rushing further back to get a few towels.She went back to them handing the needed essentials.

"Thanks," Noctis added.

"Much appreciated," Ignis said as he looked around the room.

Cloud settled himself on the coach and watched their movement attentively.His hands moving only to help TIfa give out the drinks.

"Tifa,is someone here?" Denzel called out,still rubbing his sleepy eyes.

"Denzel! Yes.Is Marlene awake as well?"

"She is still sound asleep," his own eyes scanning the visitors.

"Don't mind us,you can go to sleep," Prompto said as he approached Denzel.

Denzel cautiously nodded as he went to Tifa's side.Everyone already feeling awkward with the silence that followed.

"Do you practice swordsmanship?" Ignis asked out of pure curiosity after examining the house.

Cloud widened his eyes slightly at the unexpected question but answered it nonetheless. "Yes I do."

"That's great!Then maybe you could spar with Noct," Prompto excitedly added and waiting to add more photos to his album.

"Before we go there,we need to know their names," Noctis stated,ignoring Prompto's enthusiasm.

"Oh! Right.I'm Tifa,this is Denzel...and that's," Tifa pointed towards Cloud,motioning for him to introduce himself.

"I'm Cloud."

"I'm Noctis,he is Prompto,"

"Hi!" he exclaimed.

"Ignis,and Gladio."

"Hey," both of them stated.

Cloud nodded in acknowledgement and the tension died down as Tifa started fidgeting.His eyes caught on her fidgeting and sighed.

"You said,I could spar with him? Why don't we try it?" Cloud added in his cold voice despite being partially interested.

He looked over at Tifa that was full of smiles.She was hyped to see the spar and battle that he could put up with Cloud.

"To ensure safety lets use wooden swords.However this wooden swords weigh as much as a normal blade so the strikes are just as painful," Tifa explained.

Cloud swings the wooden blade similar to his buster sword.Noctis swinging it the same way but estimating the weight.

"Don't lose Noct!" Prompto yelled his support.

Gladiolus and Ignis waiting to examine the fight.

"Ready...Fight!"

Both of them charged,their eyes examining the area around them.Their blades clashed,resulting in one of them being pushed back.Their stance only getting more sharper as their eyes connected before rushing forward.This time,it resulted in both of them striking the wooden sword towards the gut.Unable to pierce through the body,it only gave them a strong blow each.Tifa mouth gaped as she proceeded to clap.Ignis and Gladiolus satisfied with the fight and Prompto whistling.

"Good match," they said,while shaking hands.

"Ah,the rain stopped," Prompto pointed out,ignoring the situation.

"Your right..." Noctis supporting his latest point-out fact.

Noctis handed the sword to Tifa and made his way to the entrance. "Guess it is time for our leave."

"Will you visit again?" Tifa asked honestly.

"Probably some time soon.As we are in this area a lot lately.See you next time! I hope our duel doesn't end as a draw next time Cloud."

"Bye-Bye!" Prompto yelled out with his bubbly voice.

"See you next time," Ignis said,followed by Gladiolus."Hope we meet soon."

The party of four left as Cloud and Tifa watched them from behind.

"They seem to have the same aura like we did last time.Their meeting like a storm and leaving suddenly.I hope we see them again," Tifa said with a broad grin.

"That's true," Cloud replied with a small smile.
