Staring at the blond haired that held his cell phone and answering messages,Tifa could not conceal the curiosity that followed after.

'He is actually answering his phone...I wonder who it is from?' the question flashed through Tifa's mind before she buried it somewhere in her brain.

"Cloud, what do you want for dinner?" Tifa voiced, feeling slightly more nervous than usual.

"Oh,it's fine.I'm heading out.Just prepare some for Denzel and Marlene." he returned her gaze and nodded his head. "I won't be back late.Don't worry."

She casted away her shocked expression and replaced it with a smile. "Alright."

Moving away from the counter, she walked up the flight of stairs and approached the room. Before she could knock, the door opened, revealing the duo. They rushed down,as if expecting something.

"Bye Cloud!" waving the blond goodbye, they returned to Tifa's side and waited for her to speak.

"What do you want to eat?"

Dinner was as usual, the cluttering of cutleries, some conversation here and there.Although Tifa's mind was distracted causing her appetite to disappear. 'Why must this happen to me.'

She stood up with a jolt and carried her dishes to the sink.Trying to keep herself occupied before she had thoughts of Cloud meeting with a lover. He was delivery person, there was bound to be a few customers that are absolutely stunning.Thinking that, only made Tifa dig herself further in a hole. Her own words hurting her.Slapping her cheeks, she ignored the red marks and devoted herself to different thoughts.

The next few days continued the same way with Tifa sinking deeper in her thoughts.Marlene sighing as she watched the situation. "Hey,Cloud. What have you been doing lately, you aren't home much."

"Oh,I just needed to do somethings..." his words stopped from there, leaving suspicious gaps.

"You can't tell us?" she persisted.

He shaked his head and prepared to leave. "I will tell you tomorrow."

Tifa's ears perked up as she watched him leave. She stretched her cheeks, dealing damage to them for her to stay in reality.Unsure whether to sleep or stay awake,Tifa tossed and turn in her bed.Her actions stopped when the front door opened.Although no footsteps could be heard, she expected it to be Cloud.

"Tifa?" he called out, watching as she sat up on her bed.

He motioned for her to turn around. She followed his actions, only for silence be heard. Before she attempted to turn her head,a hand covered her eyes.

"Stay still." he removed his gloves and held it against her eyes with his mouth.Struggling with the chain for a few minutes. As he removed his grip and released his mouth, letting the gloves fall onto the bed.

Tifa could feel an necklace against her chest,as she picked it up and stared at the details. It consisted of an initial, T  .With small but still shiny rubies following the outline of the letter. She could barely contain her happiness and only engulfed Cloud in a hug.

"It was custom made and I had to keep visiting the shop.Sorry about that."

Her grip tightened around his body and her thoughts disappearing.Cloud returned her smile and wrapped his arms around her.
