It's that time again, guys. Most of you probably assumed chapter 12 was the end of the story. And it is, at least of that part of it. But if you've had a beautiful story, let's just add one more good memory and make a final ride together. How about that?

Three years later
Tarja sat on her couch reading a novel. She smiled as she felt the baby inside her kick, and laid a hand on her belly. Her wife, Alissa, came into the room and smiled as she sat down next to Tarja.
"Baby kicking?" she asked, laying her hand over Tarja's. Tarja nodded, then grinned as she felt a tiny foot hit her palm. Alissa smiled. "Not too long now, right?" she said.
"Seven weeks or so," Tarja answered. She sighed. "I'm not saying I want her to come now, because good grief, I don't, that would be too early. But part of me wishes I could just snap my fingers and speed up time so that those seven weeks would be over and we can meet this kid."
"Patience, Tarja," Alissa said with a grin. "I'm as eager to meet him as you are, but it's only seven weeks. It'll pass quickly enough."
"Her, not him," Tarja corrected. "I don't care what you say, I think it's a girl."
"I have a feeling it's a boy," Alissa argued.
"I'm the one carrying her," Tarja said. "So I should know." Alissa rolled her eyes and grinned.
"Whatever. You're way too tiny to be carrying twins, so it's not both. One of us is wrong. We'll find out which one soon enough." She pulled Tarja close and kissed her. Tarja smiled into the kiss and wrapped her arms around her wife. Soon, their eyes closed and they both fell asleep, dreaming about their future.
