you heard your boyfriend as he came back with coffee.
"yuto!"
you hugged him as he nearly fell.
"there you go (y/n). your favourite with whipping cream."
you pecked his cheek and linked arms with him. he smiled but you realised there was something wrong. he wasn't smiling as brightly as he did. he had dark circles and his nose was bright red.
"yuto?"
he looked at you and his face looked so different.
"are you okay?"
while drinking your coffee, you cuddled with yuto. he was also drinking his coffee and then touched his head.
"yuto, you should get some rest,"
you said as he nodded and went to your shared room. it was upsetting to see him go but you couldn't blame him. he was practicing way too hard to debut under an entertainment named cube.
you called your brother hongseok.
"hello?"
you heard your brother say.
"it's me (y/n)."
you whispered back.
"no way! i thought it was shrek."
he says and in the background, you could hear loud music.
"is everything okay with yuto?"
you ask him and he pauses for a minute.
"i think he's fine,"
he replies but it seemed very suspicious.
"fine."
you ended the call and went to your room.
when you tried to open the door, it wouldn't open.
"yuto? are you in there?"
you ask and he quickly replies.
"i'm just changing my clothes."
"oh, i'll be downstairs,"
you say and went to the kitchen.
weird.
i mean you guys did go on a beach date, so why is he so shy?
you then went upstairs and tried to open the door again. this time it was easily opened so entered when you saw something beautiful.
first, you saw your boyfriend yuto, in a suit holding flowers and kneeling down in front of you. he was kneeling inside a heart made by candles and you could smell the flowery scent.
you saw his cheeks slightly turning pink and you were giggling a bit. you took the flowers and went closer to him.
he stood up and said,
"i nearly got a cramp there."
you laugh as he hugs you,
"i love you (y/n). i really do. i've never felt so happy towards one particular person in my whole life."
it was so cringeworthy but you smiled.
"thank you."
and after he said his last words, he kissed your forehead and hugged you.
