"What the hell do you mean there are no ships available?!" The prince protested, his grumpy mode now on. The two sisters eyed each other, now their Plan B was also out of reach.

"Seems like we have to find another way to reach lady Lunafreya." Ignis sighed and crossed his arms, eyeing the endless ocean.

"Back to Regalia then, it is." Gladio was first to turn back and walk away, the others close behind him.

"Hey, big guy!" Mae called with her sweet voice, earning Gladio's attention. "You see... It's getting dark." She pointed towards the sky. "Maybe we should crash around here or something." She smiled sweetly.

Gladio had already taken a liking on the two sisters, he admired how they could be badass and sweet at the same time. He nodded at the youngster. "Mae's right. We should rest." He announced.

"Well, it is too early to go to sleep though. I suggest we take a stroll around the beach." Iggy suggested, seeing that the sea was calm that day.

"I'll go fishing." Noctis announced as the two girls eyed him, eyebrows lowered in confusion. "It's his thing. Especially when he's stressed." Prompto butted in to explain the situation.

"Fun guy." Lumina teased. "Good catch." She winked at her sister who blushed and smacked her arm. "Ouch." She giggled before leaning closer to her sister.

"Y'know, it's a good opportunity to get closer to him." She whispered and Mae sighed. "It's no use. He'll get married anyway..." She replied, sadness in her eyes. Little Mae seemed to be really into the young prince.

"But, does he want to?" Lumina asked, now her sister in thought. "Go. Just, talk to him. It won't hurt. And i'm sure the prince doesn't bite." She smiled.

"Much." Prompto suddenly butted in for once again. Mae was now getting ever more red, Prompto obviously heard their conversation. Lumina eyed Prompto with a smirk and a raised eyebrow.

"You go, and I'll take care of this little intruder." Lumina spoke but her eyes never left the blonde's aqua ones. "Okay." Mae giggled at the sight before setting of towards the prince. Iggy was at a local shop, buying ingredients for tonight's dinner, while Gladio was looking for new weaponry.

"So, you like eavesdropping other people's conversations?" The older sister asked, her tone teasing.

"When you've got a talent, you have to work on it." Prompto shrugged, earning the woman's laughter. He did not expect her to laugh and that made him smile widely.

"I do hope that this will stay between us?" She requested. "Oh, a secret? How intriguing." Prompto commented, now his smile turned into a smirk.

"Don't worry though, I'm good at keeping secrets." He assured the girl, placing his gloved hands in his jacket's pockets. "Oh, are you now?" She took a step closer to him, his pale skin turning bright red under his freckles. His expression also changed to a shocked one, he tried to hide it but failed miserably.

"I like secrets. Maybe we could share more. Just the two of us." Her tone now was lower and she had achieved what she wished for; a flustered Prompto.  She smiled a toothy smile, connected her eyes to his for a few seconds before turning around to leave. That shocked him even more, she was teasing him!

He ran a hand through his golden locks, gulping. He saw her making her way towards the shore, hands behind her back as she slowly moved her hips from side to side. She suddenly turned around and eyed him, giggling when she caught him staring. Was she just teasing, or was she inviting him to enter her territory? The young boy couldn't tell, but he wanted to find out. He licked his chapped lips before setting off towards her in a jog.

"Hey, you can't just leave me like that!" He giggled softly. "Like what?" She asked, eyeing him now that he was beside her. "Flustered?" She questioned and Prompto bit his inner cheek.

"That too." He muttered to himself.

"You're full of fun, Prompto. I like that about you." She suddenly admitted, her eyes scanning the orange sea.

"Am I, now?" He asked out loud. "You're questioning it?" She was taken aback from that. The blonde simply shrugged, not knowing what to reply to that. To be honest, he questioned everything when it came to him.

"Well, you are. And I mean it. I like fun people, they make others smile. And it's something everyone needs. Your friends are lucky to have you." The blonde man could not believe in his ears. All those years of self consciousness, words of friends never enough to make him feel good, and now a girl he knew only a few days and a simple sentence made him feel better than he ever had felt. He couldn't help but smile to himself, she really was something.

"And I feel lucky to have met you." That was for Prompto. He was sure that now the girl could hear how loud his heart was pounding against his chest, about to explode to millions of pieces. The girl he had before him, which he deeply adored, admitted feeling lucky go have him by her side. What else could a man wish for?

"Do you really believe this?" His insecurities got the best of him and he came up with a silly question, a question a child would ask. She connected eyes with him, slightly leaning her head to the left.

"Of course, silly. Is there any reason I wouldn't?" She smiled and kept walking. Prompto was frozen. He placed a hand on his chest, above his heart. He took a big breath and exhaled, eyes on the sky.

"Thank you." He muttered. "Thank you, Eos."
