"Justin, darling?" Diana squealed as she attempted, but failed awfully, to try and impersonate a British accent. I couldn't help but laugh at her. "Stop, just come here and look."
I walked to behind her, hovering over her office chair slightly whilst making sure I wasn't putting the weight on her nor the chair. I watched the laptop screen in front of her and she immediately started swiping back and forth, showing different kinds of painted pictures with perfectly styled clothes. I could tell she had made that by the fashion statements inside of them.
"Which one?" She then asked once she had gone through them all, showcasing her work proudly to me.
I chuckled with a shrug, "How would I know? You're the professional."
I could tell by the look on her frustrated face that it wasn't the answer she had been looking for. Instead of letting out a complaint against me disturbing her at work (because I thought to be at home without her was going to be lonely but not that lonely) she huffed and turned back around, swiping through all the pictures again while taking a closer look.
"Fuck," she mumbled, "It's so hard."
I nodded though I had no idea what she was talking about. Fashion wasn't my brightest side and I gladly hired stylists. Which was funny because suddenly, I could hire Diana. Technically, I could. Though, she didn't want me to. When I mentioned it to her she immediately started shaking her head, almost in fear of working with me, which had made me laugh and asked why. Her reason was because she didn't want to be paid by me. She wanted to be pay for herself now. Not my wallet, even if that meant working for me. I could understand why, her reasons made sense, she wanted to stand on her own. It was actually extremely sexy.
"You know Kendall Jenner right?" Diana's voice interrupted my thoughts out of the blue. I nodded as I gave her a questioned look, asking why without speaking, "I am going to dress her for the fashion awards next month."
"Is that so?" I asked, suddenly interested in the topic. "That's fun, I'd be nice if you two bonded."
Diana gave me a teasing smile, "Why? So we could have a threesome?"
"I wouldn't complain." I winked in response, a grin appearing on my face as I heard Diana giggle and two seconds later I was hit by a pillow in my face. I would cause pillow war but looking around her pride office, I knew it was a bad idea. Plus, there were about three pillows in here. One was now in my lap. "Seriously, when are you done, though? I wanna get out of here."
"Uh, yeah, about that." I didn't like the way her voice turned pleading within a second and how her face suddenly filled up with regret. "I have to meet up with Zac. It's the last time, I promise."
"Does it have to do with the baby?" I questioned and in reality, I didn't want to know the answer to it.
She looked guilty. I knew the answer. The baby was still not proven to be mine and for some reason, it seemed like Diana was certain the baby's father wasn't me. It scared me because in no way did I want to share a child with some other man. I suppose I had no choice if it turned out to be that way but I was still not looking forward to it if that would happen.
I shook my head but I knew my opinion didn't matter anymore. She was still turning to Zac when it came to the baby and I don't know why I seemed so surprised. It shouldn't affect me anymore. Diana told me he was gay, though, that didn't stop him from sleeping with women before. He could do it again. Diana could turn any gay man, straight. She was too much of an opportunity to loose. Her body was one of the greatest you had ever seen, walking on this earth. I was lucky to have her but I was, even more, luckier of the past things she had done to prove herself to me.
