I screamed as loud as I possibly could. The.. creature standing infront of my eyes had me mortified and utterly scared. This.. man then leaned down and bit into my skin. I closed my eyes and I let out a cry of pain and then.. it was gone.

I opened my eyes and saw the man on the floor. I then looked up and saw Kaneki. He had blood dripping from his mouth and I pressed myself against the wall, shooken in fear.

This isn't my friend... The Kaneki I had been friends with since we were little. "(Name)," Kaneki whispered into the air. "You need.. to run," he said, walking closer to me. I then looked at my neck, which was spurting out blood all over me.

Millions of thoughts overwhelmed me as he stepped closer. I then shut my eyes as I felt his cool breath by my neck. "Run," he said in an angrier tone. I didn't even know what was keeping me there. It's like I was paralyzed and couldn't move.

But I gathered enough energy in me to use my legs and run as fast as my legs could take me. I looked back and saw Kaneki standing in the same place, pulling his hairs. He seemed so frustated but I couldn't ask him about it right now, obviously.

I ran out of the alleyway and ran back to my house. It seemed like forever but eventually I reached my house.

Out of breath, I got out my keys, opening the door. When I walked in, I saw my other bestfriend leaning on my kitchen counter.
