"What is it?" Paedro asked, shutting his bedroom door.
"Where'd you hide the tests?" I asked, looking around his room.
"In my closet."
He walked over to his closet door, opening it and pulling out the box of tests.
"I figured out how I want to tell Sebastian. As you know, Christmas is like, two weeks away, and we don't even have a tree!"
"We don't do Christmas trees here. Brings back bad memories for Sebastian."
I glared at him for interrupting me, but nodded anyway.
"So, I want to put the pregnancy tests inside a box, wrap it up, and give it to Sebastian for Christmas!"
Paedro nodded his head but the look on his face told me he was holding something back.
"What is it?"
"Because of Sebastians past, he doesn't like presents either. Christmas and his birthday or anything like that isn't his cup of tea."
I sat down on the edge of his bed, running my hands through my hair and letting out a tired sigh.
"Well then how am I gonna tell him he's a father?"
"You could always just tell him the regular way. You know, like normal people do."
I glared up at him. "Shut up. I want to do it in a cute way. I don't want to just blurt it out like it's nothing."
"You could always look up ideas on how to do it."
"That's lame. I want to do it my own way. A special way."
I stood up from the bed and put my hands on my stomach. Paedro did the same thing and smiled.
"It's still hard to wrap my head around the fact that you're pregnant." Paedro whispered, going to poke my stomach again.
"If you hurt my baby I'll hurt you," I growled.
His finger stopped moving towards me, and he muttered under his breath that I still didn't know if it would hurt it or not. He walked back to the closet, putting the tests back up, and I walked out of the room. Walking downstairs, I went into the kitchen to see if my waffles were done. Everyone was in there, but no one was talking. They were all just staring at me.
"What is it?" I asked.
Sebastian slowly walked towards me, his hands outstretched like I would go wild and attack at any time. He came up in front of me and wrapped his hands around me, pulling me into a hug.
"Chloe, there's a doctor in the living room waiting for you," Sebastian said, pulling me tighter against him when I tried pulling away. "I've been worried about you baby. So I called him earlier and now he's here."
"I thought you were going to get him to come tomorrow?"
I pulled out of his embrace and looked up at him, confused.
"I know, but I was really worried about you, so I called him while you and Paedro were talking. Oh, and what were you and him talking about?"
