I slowly cracked my eyes open, wondering what in the world was making a weird sound. I rolled over and sat up, looking around my room. Paedro must have carried me in here when I fell asleep.
The sound came again, and I looked to my left on my bedside table. My phone was lit up and it was shaking, meaning that someone was calling. I picked it up, squinting at the bright light and pressed answer.
"Hello?" I dragged out, sleep still laced through my voice.
"Sissy?" Someone said from the other end.
I blinked my eyes fast, moving my phone from my ear and looking at the time. 2:35. Who would call that early in the morning?
"Sissy?" I heard again and I put the phone back to my ear.
"Sabrina?" I asked, flopping back down and closing my eyes, snuggling into the pillows.
"Sissy, I'm scared," the voice came and my eyes instantly shot open.
"Is everything okay?" I asked. "What's wrong baby? Where's momma?"
"I don't know," she cried.
"Are you hurt?" I asked, sitting up in bed.
"Please come get me, sissy," She cried harder, and tears formed in my eyes.
"Where are you baby? I'm coming to get you, okay? Don't cry, I'm on my way."
I heard someone laugh in the background, and my whole body froze.
"Yes, Princess, hurry up and come get your sister," Ace said, laughing again.
"Let her go!" I demanded. "She's only a little girl."
"I'll let her go," he said, and I sighed in relief. "But you have to trade places with her."
"Deal," I said, not thinking anything through. I just had to get my sister back.
"I'm going to send you an address, and you're going to come to it, alone. Then, and only then, will I let little Sabrina go."
"How do I know you'll actually do it?"
"You don't. I can give you my word, but would you actually take it? You'll just have to see what happens. See you in a little princess."
I looked at my phone screen when I heard the little beep. Tears formed in my eyes but I shook my head. Now is definitely not the time for crying. I stood up, throwing my shoes on and grabbing my keys off the dresser. I looked at the message that came through my phone, memorizing the address. After I did, I slowly, and quietly, made my way out of the house.

I drove fast down the highway, praying that there were no cops around to pull me over. My top priority right now was Sabrina. Finally getting to my destination, I threw the car in park and turned it off, jumping out of the car. The place Ace sent me to was an abandoned warehouse, one that looked like it hadn't been used in years.
I looked around to see if I could see anyone, and when I didn't, I slowly started walking towards the building. Gravel crunched under my feet as I made my way towards a door that was half hidden in shadows and half lit up. I looked around when I reached it, to make sure no one was around and to make sure no one was sneaking up on me.
I grabbed the door handle, turning it to see if it was locked, and I pushed the door open when I seen that it wasn't. I quickly looked around, taking in my surroundings. Everything was old and rusty, looking like it was about to fall apart at any given second.
To my left was a set of stairs, that led up to a small landing that wrapped halfway around the wall. It ended above me, and I turned around to see that another door was at the end of the landing. Walked further into the building, I listened to see if I could hear Ace or Sabrina. I didn't hear anything, couldn't hear anything, because it was dead silent.
I stopped walking, now suspicious. If they were really here, I would be able to hear them. Especially Sabrina. I pulled out my phone to see if I got the right address, but the sound of a rusty door opening scared me, making me drop my phone.
"Shit," I muttered, bending down to pick it back up.
A slow, menacing chuckle made me freeze what I was doing. Fear ran down my spine when I heard the laugh again. I slowly stood back up, turning around the face the front of the building. Ace stepped out of the doorway on the top landing, still laughing. He walked to the railing, putting his hands on it and leaning against them.
"Hello, Chloe. What a nice surprise," he said, his voice deep and scary.
"Ace," I said, my voice wavering slightly. From the smile stretching out across his face, he knew I was scared. "Where's Sabrina?"
"Sabrina? I don't have her." He slowly began walking towards the stairs, popping his fingers as he walked.
"What? Yes you do! So give her back."
"No, Chloe, I don't have her."
"But-"
"But nothing. I don't have Sabrina. That's that. You, little Chloe, have been lied to. Tricked. Fooled."
"No. I heard her."
"Yes, but I don't have her. You see, I seen her outside of your house the other day. So I approached her, and told her that you sent me to come get her. Of course sweet little her believed me, and she went with me. We acted out a little play, and those words were in it, so I recorded them. Fast forward to now, and well, yeah. So like I said before, I don't have her."
"What am I doing here?"
"You're here because I need you dead. You are Sebastians greatest weakness right now. If I had known that when I first kidnapped you, I would have kept you. But I didn't. I am going to kill you so that I can kill Sebastian. Once he realizes that you're gone, he'll come rushing to your rescue, and when he blindly comes in here, well, you get the picture."
"No," I whispered, putting my hand to my stomach. If he kills me, he kills my baby. I can't let him do that.
I took off running towards the door I came in, grabbing the door handle and swinging the door open again. I sobbed when I seen what was in front of me. Men, hundreds of them, stood in front of the ware house, all pointing guns at me. But what made me sob harder was who I seen in the front. It was Pit. And he had his gun aimed right at my heart.
