I'm back bitches

Chapter 5

"Think I just tempered something, think I left the faucet running." I heard my phone go off playing my favourite song "soap" which is my message tone. I rolled over grabbing my phone and checking the message.

TATE 😄
I just found out that something very interesting is going to happen today.

ME
Really you woke me up by text just to tell me that.

TATE 😄
It involves you and a certain someone.

ME
Really?

TATE 😄
Yes really we are leaving at 7:30.

ME
Yo do realise we live together you could've just told me when I went down stairs.

TATE 😄
What's the fun in that. Hurry up I got breakfast done 🍳🍳😂

I quickly jumped out of bed and got dressed. I was wearing a black crop top that said "fuck off", with black skinny jeans and white converse sneakers. I left my hair down in natural loose curls and grabbed my gear and made my way downstairs.

I walked in the kitchen to find Tate holding a cake.
"Happy birthday!" He yelled happily as I walked past him and took a seat near the kitchen counter.

After Tate made breakfast we decided to head to school, I climbed in the passenger seat and waited for Tate to turn the car on.

When Tate turned the car on the song 'birthday sex' was playing.

"Really?" I said with a giant smile plastered to my face.

"I swear I didn't mean to put this song on." He said driving towards the school. As me and Tate pulled up to the school we were singing at the top of our lungs.

I climbed out of the car to notice everyone starting at me.

"Why don't you take a fucking photo it lasts longer." I yelled causing everyone to avert their gaze and go back to what they were doing before. As Tate and I walked to our lockers I noticed Fennris was standing in front of my locking.

"What the hell do you want?" I said irritated at how he is tempted to talk to me after what happened yesterday.

"Well good morning to you too." He said with a giant smirk on his face.

"You didn't answer my question." I stated crossing my arms over my chest and tapping my foot in irritation.

"I came to apologise." He said looking at the ground.

"I don't want to hear your version of an apology, now move so I can grab my shit out of my locker." I said shoulder barging him so he was out of my road than I grabbed my stuff out of my locker and started heading to class.

"Can we please talk in private." Fennris asked grabbing my wrist stopping me from walking away.
"Fine." I say following him to the old oak tree that was near the footy fields.

"I'm sorry for what i did to you. I didn't know I was hurting you by trying to punch you away." He said fiddling with his hands while looking at the ground.

"Why were you trying to push me away." I said remembering how we used to be really close friends.

"I can't tell you someone might be listening , here's my number." He said writing his number on a piece of paper and handing it to me. Fennris stood up and headed to the main building with me following soon after.

I made it to class just in time. I sat in my seat witch was next to Fennris. I was taking notes for the assessment we are supposed to do with a partner.

"Okay class I will assign you your partners for this assessment." The teacher said looking around the classroom.

"Fennris your partner for the assessment will be Moona." The teacher said pointing to us both. I looked over towards Fennris who held the same facial expression that he has this morning when he left me this morning.

"We will go to your place to do this assessment." Fennris said taking the assessment sheets from the teacher and handing me one.

The day went by real quick. As I was sitting under the oak tree my phone went of 'moving like the speed of sound, feet can't keep on the ground' (bullet train). I checked my phone and it was a message from Fennris.

Where do you live? So we can start the assessment.

695 blood-guard crescent, I'm not home.

I'm sitting at the oak tree near the foot ball fields. I'm waiting for Tate to finish his training so we can head home.

I texted Tate and told him I had found a lift home and I'll see him when he gets home.

A black SUV pulled up at the other side of the footy fields and Fennris climbed out. He walked across the field and grabbed my bag and took it to his car. I climbed in the passenger seat and waited for Fennris to start the car.
He started the car and one of Justin Biebers song started playing. I looked over at Fennris and started laughing.

"It's not my disc" he said changing the disc and playing 'get ugly' by Jason Derulo.
