Day before the Dance thingy
You fiddled with your ring and layed in bed since Denis had left to record videos.
Your phone rang and you picked it up seeing that it was Kermit
"Hey! Heard you're going to the dance tomorrow, we should go shopping." She said
"Yeah sounds great! Should we bring Sophia?" You asked
"For sure, I'll be over at your place in 20 minutes." Kermit hung up the phone and you went to get ready
There was a knock on your door and Kermit was sanding there with Sophia
"Hey! You ready?" Sophia asked
You needed and led them out to your car and drove off to the mall
"There's a few places around here that sells dresses. We can just kinda walk around until we see something." Kermit pointed out.
"Sounds good." You replied.
"Sophia, are you going to the dance?" Kermit asked.
"Uh, I don't think so, are you?" She replied
Kermit blushed and tried to hide a smile "yeh..."
"Oooooooooo Somebody got asked out by Braaaden" you teased
"Shut up!!" Kermit laughed.
"I heard the theme was masquerade. We need masks and stuff" Sophia said
"For sure. We should have a color scheme!" You exclaimed
"Yeahhh! I want Teal!" Kermit screamed
"Jesus, take a chill pill. And I'll take green." Sophia smiled
"I want red!" You squealed
You spent the day shopping and laughing and eating and all that good stuff
"We should head home now. It's like 8 o clock.." Sophia sighed, looking kind of sad.
"Yeah. I guess I'll drop you guys off." You shrugged and unlocked your car
"Oh, and what are we doing for transportation tomorrow?" Kermit asked
"I don't know, I think me and Denis are driving." You said, not thinking
"You and...Denis?" Sophia asked
You completely forgot you hadn't told her that Denis and you were dating

"Uhm, yeah, last minute thing." You saved it.

When you got home you tucked your things away in a drawer until the next day
You watched YouTube until you heard your mother call you downstairs.
"Yeah mom?' You ask, jogging down
"Come sit with us!" Your mother smiled, motioning for you to sit down at the table
Jennifer and Adam were there too, along with a huge feast of food,
"Uh, why?" You ask confused
"Family dinner! We haven't had one since we got here" mom shrugged "Denis said he'd be here soon,"
You sat down at the table and began to dish up food,
"So how's school, hun?" Mom asked.
"Uh, it's okay, how's work?"
"It's okay, so I was wondering if you could drive Jennifer to her dance lesson tomorrow," Your mom asked
"I don't know, what time?" You asked
"5:30?"
"Jesus, are her dance teachers vampires? Why so late? And no, I've gotta get ready for the dance
Your mother gave a slight nod in reply but was obviously disappointed.
"Ugh, alright." You said annoyed, " but you have to be ready at 5 SHARP.!" You point to Jennifer.
She laughes and keeps eating her food when Denis walked in
"Hey! Ms. Y/L/N!" He said
"Oh please, Denis, call me Eva!" Your mom said,
Denis smiled. "Hey, Adam, nice to see ya," Denis shook his hand and sat down at the table next to you.
"So what's new?" He asked
"Oh nothing really" your mom said
"Sounds boring" He replied
"Definitely." Adam said laughing

Denis was laying in your bed and you were watching YouTube together,
Denis's POV
I sat there and played with y/n hair for no reason, we were watching YouTube and hanging out, it was times like this I would never forget.
I studied her face and realized how beautiful she actually was. Porcelain skin and beautiful eyes that hypnotized you.
I looked down at her hand and saw that she had her ring towards her heart, meant she's in love.
I could feel my body get warmer and I smiled, I have gotten a great girl.
I felt my phone vibrate a few times but I didn't care, I was enjoying this time.

I loved the way I felt around him.
We had already known each other for over 2 months but everytime he touches me I get the STUPID BUTTERFLIES THAT FLY AROUND MT STOMACH LIKE THEYRE ON TWENTY DIFFERENT DRUGS.
I knew his phone was vibrating and he didn't check it which kind of made me a bit suspicious, but it passed, I don't remember much, I just remember falling asleep right there
