You went home with Denis and began homework until you remembered what he had said
"Wait, I thought you didn't want to go to the dance" you asked him
"Things can change" Denis said, looking up from his homework.
"Huh." You were kind of confused, what did that mean? Did he want to go or not?
Denis turned to you
"You'll go with me, right?" He asked
"YeH! When is it again?" You said
"Saturday, a bit short notice but whatever." Denis shrugged.
"Okay, cool."
"Hey, I heard Corls going to ask your friend." Denis said
"Kermit?"
"Yeah, he said he likes her a lot but he doesn't know how to ask her." Denis explained.
"I can tell her!" You jumped around.
"Umm, okay?' Denis shrugged again, " I'm going to record some videos so I have something to upload. So I'll be back later." He kissed your forehead and jumped to his house.
You whipped out your phone and skype called Kermit
"Hey, y/n, what's up?"
"Oh nottthung..,"
"Tell me, what are you hiding." She asked smiling
"A certain someone wants to ask a certain someone to the dance this Saturday," you said
"Ohmygodnoway?!!!!" Kermit started laughing really hard and her words were gibberish
"Calm down. "
" MY CRUSH OF THREE YEARS IS GOING TO ASK ME TO THE DANCE!" She exclaimed. The camera was blurry so you expected she was jumping around.
"Haha, yeah. You should give him a call." You said, laughing.
The skype call ended right there.
Them your phone went off
???: Hey y/n
You: who dis?
???: it's Mathew, from 8th grade!
You: oh yeah, I remember you, where'd you get my phone number?
Mathew: Oh, just from a friend, how are you?
You: I'm good, wby?
Mathew: good. Where u living now?
You: just moved to British Colombia. You still in Phoenix?
Mathew: that's cool. Just moved to Vancouver
You: awesome sauce! We should see each other some time
Mathew: definately! How bout this Sunday? We can meet up somewhere inbetween.
You: yeah. I'll text you when I find a place.
Mathew: cool.
Mathew was cool. More importantly, your crush for 4 years, back In Junior High.
Total bad boy, skipped class, hated teachers, all that
One time, you kissed him, but it wasn't anything special. One time thing, more importantly, you had Denis now, so yeah.
You turned YouTube on
It was so weird seeing Denis, Corl, Sub and Alex on screen, now that you had already met them and all.
You thought about everything that had happened in your month in British Colombia.

You met your favorite youtuber
You met 2 of your best friends
Your brother had passed.
You had no idea where Jason went, you assumed he had been arrested
Curiosity got the best of you.
You called his lawyer again
"Hello? Y/n?"
"Yeah, hi,"
"Can I help you? I thought you wanted nothing to do with Jason's, uh....Ugly ass? That is what you said,"
"Yeah sorry about that, I just wanted to see where Jason was" you said
"Don't be sorry, I feel the same way about him. And he was arrested but then let go again because his girlfriend went into labor." She said.
"She had her baby?" You asked.
"Yeah. Amanda Kay. That's her name," She said.
"That's cool. So we won't have anymore problems with him, right?"
"No, you won't,"
You ended the call because you heard your mother calling you
'"Y/n, could you come down here for one second?" You heard your mother yell.
You jogged down the stairs.
"Yeah mom?"
There was a guy with her there. He was tall, had nice brown eyes and silky hair, he stood there with a smile,
"This is Adam." Your mother said
"Adam?" You questioned,
He put out his hand and kept smiling.
"Adam West. I, dating your mother,"
You burrowed your eyebrows and kind of pushed his hand away
"Ok." You didn't really care if you were rude or not, you weren't happy,
"Y/n, be polite." Your mother glared at you. 
You took a deep breath and walked back upstairs.

Your POV

"IS THIS GIRL SERIOUS?"
I was raging with anger. How could she do this? Right after her own son had died? Shouldn't she be grieving? Now dating! We don't have time for a man!
I slammed my head into my pillow and kind of cried.
You were already stressed out enough between Denis, and School and everything else.
MY MOTHERS STUPID DECISIONS WERE NOT HELPING
I heard a small knock on my door and my mother walked in
"Hey honey."
"What do you want" Mom Sat down at the edge of your bed and ruffled  your hair.
"Adam is downstairs, come hang out with us, we'll watch your favorite movie!" She said
" no, mom."
"Honey what's wrong? I thought you would have liked him?" She said, real soft
"That decision was really stupid, mom. We just lost Jimmy."
You heard your mother sigh. Then a few sniffles.
"I know, I just wanted a distraction, like Denis. He has been distracting you from Jimmy, right?" Your mother said.
You sat up.
"How did you know we were dating?' Your eyebrows burrowed again
"It's really obvious. And Jennifer told me." Your mother chuckled a bit,
"But still. I'm still not liking him." You crossed your arms.
"Please honey? Just give him one shot. I promise you'll like him." She said,
You rolled your eyes,
"Fine, but only one shot." You followed her downstairs and you saw him sitting on the couch
"Were watching Labyrinth" your mother said, turning on the TV
After the movie, you got into a conversation with Adam
He asked a few questions about you, and you ended up talking for about an hour or so, then he left.
"I told you you'd like him" Mom said
