A/N:
I have a thing for red-headed anime boys, what can I say? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

You woke up in a bed, and had a sense of déjà vu for some reason. You looked around, not recognizing your surroundings at all. You tried sitting up and then hissed in pain, feeling a deep burning sensation in your stomach. You realized you were in a simple white t-shirt and baggy white shorts, with white bandages on both of your wrists. You looked around for your normal clothes and yet didn't see them. There was only the bed, a small window with sunlight streaming through, and your shoes on the floor.
What a strange hospital... you thought. No machines or IV's or anything?
You lifted up your shirt and saw bandages wrapped around your stomach, making it difficult to move very much. You gingerly got off the bed and picked up your shoes, halting when you see the dark stains on them. Is this... My blood? You tried to remember what happened, but the last thing you could recall was walking into the cave in the 100 Acre Woods.
You needed answers. You put on your shoes and shuffled to the door, the burning sensation in your stomach quieting to a dull flame. Before you could grab the handle, the door slid open and you staggered back.
A busty woman with blonde hair, a jewel in the middle of her forehead, and an air of earned authority walked in. "[Name]."
"Sorry," you said, a bit startled.
"Don't be," she said, stopping in front of you and closing the door. She put down the bag she was carrying and turned with her hands on her hips, eyeing you with a concentrated look on her face. "Let's see your stomach."
"Why?" you said, as you started unravelling the bandages. As you did, the burning sensation flared up, being almost unbearable by the time you finally got to the end. You gasped. "What is that!?"
There was a jagged scar slightly to the left of your navel, but that wasn't what shocked you. The scar was as black as charcoal, with small black blood vessels making a margin of spider web dark veins extending an inch around the scar.
"Just what I thought," the woman said. "You were stabbed through the stomach with a cursed blade. I couldn't figure out what the curse was supposed to accomplish, but I halted it as best I could. I don't know if that scar will look any better... But scars caused by curses rarely heal back to normal."
"Do you know how I was stabbed?" you asked, gently running your finger along the scar, causing the pain to sear.
"I don't know much, but an old friend brought you here desperate for me to heal you."
"Who?"
She smiled wryly. "I promised him I wouldn't tell, but I can nudge you in the right direction to find him. I'll take you to the exit." She picked up the bag and handed it to you. "Your clothes were in pretty sorry shape, so my apprentice said you could take some of hers."
"Thank you," you said, taking the bag. "Oh, sorry, how rude of me. I never got your name."
"Tsunade," she said, giving you a confident smile. "I'll let you change." She stepped out of the room and you opened the bag.
You pulled on black shorts. Why can't I remember what happened in the cave... You pondered this while looking down at your scar again, rubbing it slightly causing it to burn stronger. Will this eventually stop hurting? You zipped up the pink shirt and decided to go find the answers.
You stepped out of the room and followed Tsunade to the exit of the hospital.
"Good luck out there, [Name]," she said nodding not unkindly. "Go left and keep walking until you find a ramen shop. He has red hair."
