troye hasn't texted jacob in several days nor has jacob texted him. troye didn't care he told himself countless times, wiping away the tears as he thought about how he fucked up. he didn't care at all.

sage's wedding date was nearing closer, the bride and groom, mostly the bride, were going crazy about making this wedding perfect. sage had dragged troye to countless dress fittings, venue designers, cake tasting, the whole list of a perfect wedding. troye was starting to regret this decision on making up with sage, it wasn't that he didn't want to because he did it was just the fact she gave him more stuff to do.

the down side to all of this was evan being there. he had actually took time off from his busy schedule and helped his fiancé with their wedding.

"evan i'm shocked you're actually helping with this wedding." troye sarcastically says, sage had left for the bathroom claiming she didn't feel well, leaving evan alone with troye.

even scoffs, rolling his brown eyes at troye, picking up his glass of red wine. "i'm doing your dirty work, sivan. you're lucky i lied to sage he would kill us both if he found out we told someone." evan spits out with a grit of his teeth.

their boss was already angry with troye for not getting him his money, troye or evan didn't want to cause any more trouble than they all ready have.

"what did you tell her?" he questions his voice shaky with anxiety. "you didn't tell-,"

"no i made up some shit you should thank me for not telling her some things though." he smirks smugly.

before troye could speak a pale faced sage takes her seat beside evan taking a large gulp of her water. her blue eyes were dim and tiresome, troye took notice this, giving his sister a small smile.

when troye's phone buzzed with a call he quickly grabbed his phone. a confused frown upon his lips as to why an unknown number was calling him and how they got his number.

troye excused himself from the table, walking outside of the restaurant. "hello," he says softly closing his pale blue eyes.

"it's jacob's friend alexa. he, uh, um is really drunk and i don't know what to do," she sighs awkwardly into the phone.

"he wanted me to call you."

troye's heart started to beat faster, jacob likely had other people in his contacts to call, yet he decides he wanted troye of all people.

"where is he?" he questions his voice soft. "is he hurt? are you-,"

alexa cuts him off. "i don't know where he is. he won't tell me, he only wants you." she says.

he only wants you. he only wants you. alexa's words rang in his head. the words making him slightly dizzy.

"i'll call him. thank you alexa." he says hanging up the phone, he hurriedly dialed jacob's number, hoping he'd answer.

the phone clicks, telling troye he must've answered the phone. when troye heard his jagged breathing he felt his body go numb. jacob was hurt and this all was his fault for being so naive.

"why did you call? do you feel bad for hurting me? or maybe you pity me." jacob chuckles weakly, it was obvious he had been crying due to the raspiness of his voice.

"i called because i care. i care about you jacob, i-i-," he cuts himself off unable to bring himself to say the words.

"if you cared you wouldn't hurt me."

the words that left jacob's lips hurt troye to the core. he didn't want to hurt jacob in any way, he just was thinking about his own feelings and forgetting this situation involved two people.

"where are you?" troye questions, chewing his lip.

"in front of your apartment." he sheepishly says. troye rushes away from the restaurant, jacob now his priority.

"i'm on my way."
