smut warning kiddos

"he keeps saying we're just friends!" jacob yells alexa settles a hand on his shoulder trying to calm the man down. "friends my fucking ass. do you practically have sex with a friend? fuck no. he's not just a friend to me but-," jacob cuts himself off his anger too much to form in words.

alexa grabs him roughly shaking his shoulders, trying to get his attention, "get off your fucking high horse and go to him. he's confused yes, but so are you. you're confused rather you love him or it's just infatuation," she says her finger poking into his chest. "i was just like you at sixteen with my girlfriend," she says softly.

jacob leans against the counter top, looking at alexa, "what if he's mad at me?" he mumbles chewing on his lip, a nervous habit of his.

alexa leaves out a dry chuckle slapping his arm, "if he's mad at you it's for a good reason. you're being an idiot and i would be too,"

jacob rolled his eyes, knowing alexa had a point, she always did.

jacob with the forcefulness of alexa, ended up sitting in his car the keys in the ignition. he was still parked in front of alexa's apartment, debating with himself rather this was a good idea or not.

finally after nearly five minutes he found himself driving down the dark streets, making his way to his apartment, the anxiety growing deep in his bones, sending his body and mind haywire into a frenzy of numbness.

the sound of the rain rapping on the window shield did not help weld his anxieties away, all he could think about was troye and those damn cerulean eyes that were as clear as the brightest day when jacob would say the stupidest thing to make him smile. all he could think about was the burning of his lips when they kissed, or they touched. he enjoyed the feeling, he carved it so much he practically was pushing himself away from troye so he didn't hurt the poor guy, yet here jacob was both of them hurting.

pounding his fist on the steering wheel, he took a breath in trying to calm down the overwhelming urge to punch something. once he knew he was calm enough he proceeded to drive down the empty dark streets the rain the sound filling his ears.

when he neared closer to his apartment, his anxiety started to get the best of him. he wanted nothing more but to turn around and go back to alexa's and drink his sorrows away, but not everything can be fixed by alcohol. jacob hated alexa for always being right, but that's why he's friends with her, she prevents him from making stupid mistakes.

jacob stood in front of his apartment door, more anxious than he's ever felt. yes it was his apartment, maybe he was being stupid but something about what stood on the other side of the door made his stomach drop and his body go rigid. jacob's hand tightly grips the door knob, debating rather he should knock or just walk in. realizing his argument was pointless, he twist the knob pushing the door open. a sad sigh fell from his lips when he saw that troye was no where to be seen, but a confused frown formed upon his lips when he saw that troye's clothes he had previously discarded from their make out was laying in their same spot near the tv.

jacob makes his way into the kitchen flicking the light on, no sign of troye in there–just the mess they had made but haven't gotten to cleaning up because of what they had been doing. he makes his way down the long hallway to his bedroom, the door closed and the shower running. a sigh of relief leaves his lips when he hears troye's soft humming.

jacob makes his way into the room, the steam from the bathroom cloaking the room in a musky mist. jacob listens to troye hum, his voice making a smile spill upon his lips and making the nerves wash away from him.
