I was in the mall with my best friend   f/n. Just having a shopping day. It was a Saturday and we both had nothing better to do.

I just got my Starbucks when I turn around and see c/n. I am so shocked!

I grabbed f/n's attention and told her. She was bugging me for a while. And she was also teasing me about him. We were just walking around. We were heading our way to SportCheck.

I saw a pair of Maroon/Burgundy adidas pants. I absolutely loved them. I had some Christmas money left over from a long time ago and I got them. I can't wait to wear them at home!

I was ready to check out when I saw c/n again! I thought that he might have been following me. SportCheck is a really popular store though.

I got the pants and was walking to the elevators when I felt someone tap my shoulder.

I turn around and see c/n.

"Hey Y/n!" He said

"Hey. What are you doing here? I thought guys hated the mall?" You questioned

"I'm here with my mom. She didn't want to go into SportCheck with me."

"Oh yeah."

"Can I talk to you alone please y/n?"

"You can wait by the car if you want."
I said to f/n

"Ok. See you in a bit."

She left and then I turned around and c/n was rubbing the back of his neck. He looked extremely nervous. I probably was nervous as much as he was.

"So, I was wondering if maybe you wanted to go to a movie sometime..."

He closed his eyes, like he was afraid of something.

"Yeah, that would be fun." I said

My hands were sweaty, it was terrible. He opened his eyes

"Ok, I thought you would say no. The truth is. I've liked you for a long time."

My jaw dropped. Not literally but I was just shocked that he actually liked me back.

"I have too." I said shyly

"Here give me your phone and I'll put in my contacts." I said

He did so and I put in my phone number and texted myself and put my name as y/n. He did the same to mine.

"Well, I'll text you later."

He kissed me on the check then went to find his mom or something.

Let me tell you. I could not wait for this date to happen
