I was sitting in class. It was the last period and everybody was just talking waiting for the bell.
C/n and I are good friends. I wouldn't say best friends though.
"Hey. I was wondering if you were busy this Saturday?"
"Nope, what's up?" I asked
"I was wondering if you'd want to watch Ant-Man in theatres with me?"
"Sure. I have nothing better up."
"Cool, it's a date. I'll see you there."
Just then the bell rang. Perfect timing
Saturday finally rolls around and I had no idea what to do. He said it's a date, do I take that literally or figuratively. I had no idea!
I called f/n, she was a lifesaver with these situations.
She came over in less than 5 minutes.
"I'm here. Tell me everything and what outfits you're thinking."
I told her absolutely everything. She went into my closet and picked out the cutest outfit.

It was perfect. I immediately put it on
"Thank you so much f/n!"
"Anytime. It's c/n don't be nervous. You've been friends for awhile. Be yourself. He likes you for who you are."
"Yeah but when it's your crush it's even more nerve racking."
"You'll be fine."
Then you hear a honk. F/n looked out the window
"It's him. Go!"
"Thank you!" I yelled running down the stairs.
I grabbed my bag and headed out the front door and hopped into his car.
"Thanks for picking me up." I said
"Yeah no problem. I knew you liked Marvel so I'd thought you'd want to come."
"Well you picked the right person."
We talked the whole way there. We had a lot in common and we could talk about almost anything together. We got to the movie theatre, got our drinks and shared a popcorn. We picked out seats near the top and waited for the movie to start.
The movie started and I felt a hand intertwine with my fingers. I smiled but didn't look at him. He looked at me though. I can't believe that he was holding my hand. I have dreamed about this day but I didn't think It would actually happen.
Halfway through the movie I put my head on his shoulder. It was bliss.
Once the movie was over, we walked out hand in hand.
"Well, do you want to do to McDonald's babe?"
I didn't even think he was going to call me that.
"Yes!" I said.
He drove over to McDonalds and I paid for my own food. We sat down once we got our food and just talked it was really fun!
"Thanks for today. I had so much fun!" I said
"Thanks for coming. I had fun too."
"We should do it again sometime."
"Defiantly. I was actually wondering if you wanted to be my girlfriend?" He said taking a sip of his drink
"I would love that." I said
We talked and had so much fun! I still couldn't believe that this was all happening!
