He would try to get on your parents side, which he did pretty easily because of his school effort, but the whole band thing threw it off.
So as he tries to get in their good graces, he also sneaks around with you, occasionally hiding in your closet when you guys hear even the slightest of footsteps.
Michael - If you were being completely honest, you knew Michael cared a lot about what your parents thought of him. But after constantly not approving of him he just came to say, fvck it. He ended being the "bad boy" you parents didn't want and would take you places, sneak in, kiss you, the works.
