Deep in the mountains, a figure, hooded in black, crept through the tunnels.
Her business was her own, and she liked to keep it that way.
The pathetic halfling had failed her, and died. All the races lived on. The Three were thought to be dead. The other two, lost. The Dragon and Rider? Departed with the elves. But she knew better.
She opened a large, wooden door, rusted with age. Kicking cobwebby bones aside, she stepped in. With the Five dead, she was ready.
A dusty mirror rested on the corner of the room. Beside it lay three objects that looked like stones. One was copper gold, one deep blue, and one acid green. No one knew of these. Especially not the Three.
The figure pulled back her hood, revealing a swath of molted silver-blonde hair. She wore black leggings and her top followed suite. Her eyes were piercing ice blue. And she was ready.
