I really hated this room, I thought as I walked into the meeting room, following Sungmin closely. In fact, I hated most rooms in the S.M. building. They were too big and sterile feeling; they didn’t feel warm and homey.

Most of the members were already there, with the exception of Henry and Zhoumi who were in China promoting our most recent album release. It overlapped with Super Junior’s comeback a little bit, but we didn’t mind. I don’t know why the rest of the Super Junior-M members, including myself, didn’t go along. Hopefully they’re holding this meeting to tell us why.

I sat down in one of the open chairs at the large desk, Sungmin taking the one next to me. Siwon and Eunhyuk were beside me. They were quietly discussing something, whispering to each other. I tapped Siwon on the shoulder and he looked at me and forced a smile.

“Do you have any idea why were here? I don’t think we did anything bad. Do you?” Siwon’s expression lightened at the topic.

“Thats what I was just talking to Hyukjae about. We don’t have any clue either. We haven’t done anything remotely bad. Did you do something?” I put my hand on my heart and over acted-pretending to be hurt.

“How dare you even suggest something like that. I’m an angel. That really hurts.” Sighing, I sat back in my chair. Siwon laughed and lightly hit me in the arm, earning a grin from me.

“In all seriousness, I didn’t do anything and I know Sungmin didn’t. I can’t be sure about any other members but I doubt it. Especially Henry and Zhoumi. I mean they’re in Taiwan for God’s sake. If they were in trouble, we’d know about it.” Sungmin turned his head towards us at the mention of his name. He instantly knew what we were talking about, and took a deep breath.

“Yeah. It could be anything. We just released the album and we’re pretty swamped with schedules right now. I really can’t think of what it could be,” he said, leaning on the armrest of my chair. He had a point, and it peaked my curiosity.

“And the album has been doing well, so it’s not like we’re going to get more schedules, right?” Siwon and Sungmin let out ‘humph’ and both slumped back in their chairs at the same time.

“Let’s hope not. Way to put the idea in my head.” Siwon shoved my chair, making me bump into Sungmin. He looked at me with lethal daggers for eyes, and I pointed to Siwon accusingly. He let it go, shaking his head in enmity.

The waiting was becoming irritating. I was about to get up and venture towards Leeteuk when the doors of the room opened. Manager Junghoon-hyung and another man walked in behind him. I’m assuming he was another manager who most likely new. They walked to the opposite side of the room from where I was seated. They had everybody’s attention, including mine.

Junghoon-hyung sat down and gave us a bright smile as the stranger took the seat beside him. He wasn’t serious looking, so I don’t think we were in trouble.

“Good morning. Well, I’m quite sure you’re all very curious why we called this meeting. We’ll start off with an introduction,” he said cheerfully, which relaxed me. He gestured towards the man who looked to be in his middle to late 30’s and he man stood up.

“I am Jang Hyunwoo. I am 37 years old and blood type B.” He bowed and sat back down. I didn’t really care what his blood type was, nor was it relevant.

Leeteuk stood up and bowed to the manager. “We are very pleased to meet you.” I stood up along with all of the other members and bowed along with them. He never failed to be polite as the leader.
