I woke up and saw Leila pushing me back and forth.
"Finally," she said rolling her eyes.
"Where's everyone else?" I asked sitting up and rubbing my eyes.
"Waiting outside," she said.
"What?!" I yelled.
"Yeah! We're going to see that person I told you about," she said smiling.
I jumped out of bed and got her out of my room and changed into a pair of leggings and a shirt. I put some ankle length socks on and slid on my combat boots. I grabbed my gun and attached it to my belt. I walked out the door and saw Leila leaning against the wall in the hallway.
"Ready?" She asked standing up. I nodded and we climbed down the ladder and nearby to meet everyone else at the base of the tree.
"Finally," Alina said rolling her eyes.
"I'll be right back," Leila said holding up he phone. I'm assuming she had to call that secret person.
About half an hour later a ship landed on the forest about 25 yards from where we were standing. The leaves crunched under our feet. Leila Amme was about 5 feet ahead of the rest of us.
She held back some branches and I saw a huge ship parked right there. Leila was almost jumping with excitement and ran up to the ship.
The bottom door on the ship flipped down and I could hear clanging noises from coming inside.
I looked over and saw Ben gasp, I couldn't tell if it was for a good reason or a bad reason. Leila walked up and stood by the opened door.
"Any day now!" She shouted in no particular direction.
"Just one more...," I heard someone say inside the ship. I heard a groan come from inside the ship.
Ben ran up to Leila Anne and whispered something in her ear. He stepped back and Leila nodded. He ran back and stood beside Rea.
A man walked out of the ship. He had brown hair, and brown eyes. He was wearing a tan shirt and a black vest over top of it.
He looked at Leila, "hey cutie pie," he said smiling.
