46 | He's Awake

Leila and Alina came back about five minutes later. They sat down and started eating their breakfast salads.

When everyone was done eating we went to go practice. The ewoks prepared the targets and wooden poles. After they were done I stepped up to the targets and started practicing.

I kept hearing slashing noises coming from Leila and Alina behind me. I heard one of them close up their lightsaber. I looked over my shoulder and saw Leila walking towards me. She looked angry and started pulling out her gun. Was she going to shoot me? I thought. I froze with fear and she stepped up beside me. She Aimed her gun and shot. All the fear ran out of me and I aimed my gun again.

Next, we went to lunch and ate meat the ewoks had prepared.

"What kind of meat is this?" I asked. Why haven't I thought of that before.

"I don't know," Leila said. I set my food down and didn't eat any more. That disturbed me.

"How do you people eat this?" I said disgusted. Alina giggled. "What?" I said. "It's disgusting."

After lunch we went to feed Han any leftovers. We hadn't checked on Han at all that day. I let Leila feed Han because I had been doing it the pat few days. I went to sit with Alina while Leila did that.

"Hi," Alina said softly as I approached her.

"Hi," I said sitting beside her. She looked down again. "What's wrong?" I asked.

She sighed.

"Come on, you can tell me," I said.

"Okay," she said. I smiled. "Okay," she repeated shaking herself awake. "I never...," she stopped herself.

"Go on," I said.

"Well, Leila. She has Han...," she said. I was confused, what was she going at? "...and I guess. I just want to find that special someone," she said looking to the heavens.

"Oh," I said. I looked her in the eyes.

"Anyways," Alina said trying to change the subject.

"Guys!" Leila shouted running yo behind us.

Me and Alina turned around to see what was wrong. "What is it?" I asked a little nervous.

"He's awake."
