When they got into the forest Star layed down calmly. Victor got off of her back and started to sit down beside her.
"Wait," she said, "don't sit down yet."
Victor stood back up and backed away a little.
"Watch this," she smiled. Then she seemed to vanish and all that was left was a giant log in the forest.
Victor jumped back a little startled, "Is that you? The log?"
"Pretty much."
Victor sat back down against the "log" and relaxed. He was egsaughsted from being under the water for so long and soon fell asleep against the warm log. Star fell asleep, too.
She thought, "I don't think anyone will find me too easily." She hoped she was right.
* * * *
"The watch hasn't been answering sir."
"Which one?"
"The one by the forest sir."
"Get your men down there and get that dragon."
"But sir, what about the child that was with it?"
"That doesn't matter. We'll capture him and question him. Now get down there."
"Yes sir."
