Chapter V: The Heartthrobs Meet

"Honestly, you amaze me." Dasom told me. It's 7AM and we're on our way to SRU. It's the first day of the new school year. Jooheon and Yoonho are in another car behind us.

"Why, unnie?" I asked.

"You're smiling like that because of Hyungwon, aren't you?"

"I don't know what you're talking about." I said as I looked at the window and continued smiling.

"Well, I don't think you'll be smiling all day once Changkyun sits beside you again. You very well know that he's back as well at SRU."

I groaned.

I almost forgot about that part.

I'm sure our 'classmates' would be swarming me around me like a pack of hungry wolves again. I swear, Kihyun and Seokwon are my only classmates. (Dasom is one year above us.)

"I'll manage... besides, Kihyun and Seokwon's there anyway."

"Please don't use me as a shield again..." Seokwon suddenly said.

"Yah! That was for that time only! I won't do it again... I promise..."

He was talking about last time when I made him hold up our classmates in our classroom to give me and Kihyun time to escape after the news of Jooheon's demotion broke out. He was scared to the bone when he came back to the palace!

"Yeah right..."

"I promise! I won't do that to you again!"

"So, what are you going to do when he arrives?" Dasom asked.

"Ignore him of course."

"And can you do that?"

"Yes I can! I'll have Kihyun and Seokwon sit beside me."

"But you know Changkyun! One stare from him and he makes me step aside!" Seokwon complained.

"Then man up! Please, Seokwon?"

"*sighs* Alright..."

"And what will you do when your classmates starts asking you questions about your engagement?" Dasom asked again.

"I'll just smile and ignore them. As if I can call them my friends..."

"I'm sure today will be a disaster. With Changkyun's return and Hyungwon's arrival, life at SRU won't be the same again." said Dasom.

"When has it been normal there anyway? Unnie, I have a favour to ask..."

"Nope."

"I haven't even said it yet!"

"I know what you're going to ask of me."

"What?!"

"I'm sure it's related to Hyungwon."

I went silent.

"Yep, it's related to him." Seokwon replied.

Dasom looked at me with serious eyes.

"I was just..."

"Just what?"

"... tell me... how he's in class... that's all..."

"Aigoo... Look what he's done to you already... Be careful with what you do especially with him involved. I may be on your side and would want you to be happy but, I just feel worried."
