Thousands of Years

The world of Windward Isles were created by five- no. Six guardians. Water, earth, fire, air, electric and darkness. Hyrdabyss, Terrahorn, Infernova, Stratascend, Thundstroy, and Ragnarth. Soon another water guardian appeared, only seen in the winter months. That was Blizziarc. Not a lot of Minos had heard of the sixth guardian that had created the world with the five and even then they FEAR him. So he stays alone in Dark Island, only the alternative Minos accompany him.

Of course he would be aggravated to be invited with the other five. After all who wouldn't? Being the loner out of the six made one feel angered. They didn't talk to him or interacted after the brought their creation to life. They didn't even give credit or tried to correct the misled Minos.

The Warmth Called Love

A Blazonier opened his eyes to see the morning sun. Today was Valentine's Day and it seemed that his er...Trainer was in a somewhat happy mood. The human-like cat with wings was greeting the  other Minos. He ruffled his fur as the cat opened her arms wide allowing him to bend his neck down to greet her.

"Happy Valentine's Blaze!" The happy human-like cat chirped and ruffles the cream colored fur lining the spine of his neck.

Dangling above his golden collar-like crest was a jade necklace. She feeds him a fire berry before flying off, probabaly off to do something. Blaze looked to his right as a few Minos stepped out of line to greet one another, a Blossomus flew over to the newly evolved Lunaqueen. He smiled. The two were such good friends. The fire Mino went on his fours and crawled over to the Earth Minos, who were holding each other's hands.

Babies

The first time that Blaze heard the mention of wanting kids, he sputtered and turned to Ragnar.

"Kids?" He asked, flabbergasted.

His response was with a simple,"Yes" along with a gentle nuzzle.

"But we can't make kids" The fire Mino replied quietly, blushing slightly from the dark Mino's affectionate action.

Dreams

It was night. Everything was dark, cloaked in shadow, and nothing moved but rippling grass in the breeze. Two figures appeared suddenly, sticking out from the grass's rhythmic dance. One was thin, a bit shorter than the large figure beside it. They lay in the grass. The larger Mino's body glowed dimly, barely illuminating the night with his pale golden glow. The smaller laid beside him, the jade necklace that the Blazonier wore reflected the moon from high above.
"Blaze?"
The Blazonier turns to the Ragnarath, staring at his mate with sky blue orbs.
"Yes Ragnar?" Blaze asked softly.
Ragnar'a breath hitched. It was like he could see every hair that made up the Blazonier's soft pelt, all lined with silver lining. A hint of silver gleamed in those bright blue eyes.
"You know what I've been asking for," the dragon-like Mino muttered, nuzzling his mate gently.
"Kids" the Blazonier replied,"you want kids...Ragnar we're both male... you know we can't."
"But can't we try?" Ragnar whispered and turned to the starry night sky of the prairie.
Blaze felt his wing wrapped around his body, pressing the fire Mino close to the dark Mino's chest. He was quiet for a bit, nestled against his mate's warm body. The stars seemed to be reflected on his mate's dark scales, dotting them in silver specks. He faces the sky once more, the dark night speckled with clusters of shining stars.
Alas, the fire Mino seemed to give in with a sigh.
"Alright." He replied,"but I can't promise anything..."
Blaze looks into those glowing hopeful eyes.
"I love you" Ragnar smiled and nuzzled the Blazonier.
"I love you so much."
That night was tainted with a faint sticky sweet scent that mingled with the crisp cool night.
