A/N: If you thought had something do with Lilac (for those who know her past) then you're wrong, because it's Lily X Cat. The adorable cuties. Also may or may not be inspired by that one part in Catching Fire where Katniss and Peeta had a picnic on the roof. :T

Warning: Yuri,(Girl X Girl)(almost put "Grill" XD) don't like don't read. but then again they are kinda only friends....so idk love meh.

It was spring, and Lily floated around aimlessly in the forest, waiting for her best friend to show up. Lily's slightly translucent eyes shone a bit when she saw the flash of a familiar orange. It was a week after Cat "found out" about her. The ghost was happy of course, her friend knew that she could "see" her.

"Lily where are you?" The familiar voice called, and Lily whirred around to see Cat looking around for her.

The brunette was wearing a tie-dye shirt, her orange cat hoodie tied around her waist, jeans, lavender sneakers with white soles and her usual light purple cloth over her eyes.

"Over by the log!" Lily called back, after looking  at her surroundings.

Cat ran over and panted, then asked "so where are we going?"

"To the meadow that I found yesterday"

"So..uh..Where is it"

"I'll show you!" Lily gripped the brunette's wrist and dragged her away, surprising the cat-lover.

Soon the shade of the the trees fled, until even the out stretched branches couldn't reach them. The sweet scent of flowers hit her nose and a breeze flew through her hair.

"We're here!" The ghost cheered, letting go of her wrist, who secretly missed the warmth of the human and wished to hold her hand.

Once the brunette, managed to stand up, she looked at her surroundings, not far behind them was the forest with it's bright young green leaves, and cool shade. They stood near the edge of a small cliff, colorful flowers blossoming at their feet, well her feet, since Lily's feet was invisible. Beyond the small cliff was a huge flower field, stretching as far as the eye could see, flowers swaying in the wind. Near the cliff was a lone tree, its bent structure and out stretching, leaf covered branches providing shade.

"So what do you think?" Lily grinned, her pony tail floating slighting.

"I-It's so b-beautiful!" Cat sputtered (A/N: Is that a word?)

Cat sat down, along with Lily. The flowers phased through the ghost, who somehow can pluck a flower. The brunette laid down, looking the bright blue sky, before falling into the welcoming arms of sleep.

Lily fiddled with the flower'It's pretty' she thought. The flower was white with orange tips. She smiled softly and gathered more flowers, before turning to her friend, smiling when she saw the faint rising and falling of her chest. The ghost, slowly taking off the the place purple cloth, stiffening when Cat stirred. She removed the cloth to reveal her closed eyes and a long scar that run though the middle of her eyes. The brunette's eyes fluttered open to reveal the scarred brown eyes and she sat up and tied the cloth back on . Lily went back and started to make a flower crown.

After a few moments of awkward silence, Cat decided to ask"So how did you find this?"

"Oh I was just exploring the forest"

"Really?"

"Mhm"

"You sure?"

"Okay okay after you told me that you'll meet me yesterday I decided to find something nice okay?"

"So it's a date?"

"What?" Cat swore the ghost blushed."No?"

Cat laughed as Lily placed a flower on her head. "Thanks"
