Chapter 16

"When i first met you, i honestly didn't know you were gonna be this important to me." he said as we walked back towards the car.

"I could say so myself." i replied. "But why didn't you tell me your feelings along time ago?" i asked.

"I never told you how i really feel because i'm afraid that you'll be angry with me." he answered.

I let out a chuckle, "i wouldn't."

"I have something for you." he said and brought out a paper from his pocket. He gave me the piece of paper and i felt great as i read what was on it:

"i'm falling so hard for you,
You wouldn't understand.
I'm falling so fast and so hard,
I feel like i'm going,
To hit rock bottom,
And never come up again.
I feel like i'm on top of the world when i'm with you.
So let me say this,
I think i love you." The paper said.

I didn't know what to do so i hugged him and he hugged me back. "I love you too Liam." i said.

We hurried back to the car and my eyes widen when i saw the time. "Liam, it's past nine. Dad might be home and i can get in trouble.".

"Don't worry. The ride back home isn't really far from here and i know a short-cut."

In less than ten minutes, Liam dropped me home. I bid him goodbye and went into the house. I was about to sneak into my room when dad caught me."Where have you been?" he said crossing his hands on his chest.

"I-i was.." i was about to answer when mom answered for me."She went to Sam's house for a small party they had together." mom said.

"In that case, you can go." he said and went away.

I mouthed a thank you to my mom and i went in my room to change. I got dressed into my favorite pajamas and went downstairs where i found everyone watching football and i joined them.

My family has a thing for football too. And i gotta say, it's pretty interesting that everyone in my house loves it.

I went to the kitchen to get a drink and i was about to go back to the sitting room when my phone buzzed. It was a text from Liam.

Liam: Hope everything is okay back there.

Me: yh..dad let it slide.

Liam: Thank goodness. Hope you had just as fun as i did tonight.

Me: More than you could imagine.

We chatted for awhile before i said i had to go.The match ended pretty well and we all went to our respective rooms for some shut eye.

Before going to bed i thought about Liam. His kisses and the way he loves me. I am truly lucky to have him. And he had made my day so fun and awesome that i longed for another day like today.

I just hope this will all last.
