Chapter 7 - Leader Battles

Encre's P.O.V... 

I appear in front of three people rubbing my eyes.  Their eyes all wide seeing me.  I bow respectfully.  "I... Do not have long, but if you three come to see me at any point during or after me being locked in.  I need you to be careful of who you trust, do not trust anyone with blood red eyes... The person who has been killing my contracts have been brutally murdering them and cutting their faces off... I do not want anyone of you to get hurt because of me..."  I say feeling tears in my eyes. "No one can kill me that easily, Rain, remember that one time where there were plenty of attackers, I did not allow a single one to touch you."  Lord Night says sternly, with a gloating tone.  I smile hearing that.  "The necklace I gave you will keep evil far from you."  Lord Furry says with a gentle smile.  Fallacy then comes over to me and kneels in front of me. "This person... Will not lay a finger on me as long as I am near you."  He says kissing my hand gently.  The girls behind me are all giggling.  He then moves quickly and his head is beside mine.  My eyes go wide at how fast he went.  "Encre... I will try to see you as much as possible, do not fret my love."   He says before fully standing.  I blush hearing him say that.  The card then burns.  "Take care... All three of you."  I say softly.  

I then appear back in my booth laying face down.  I sit up quickly and pat myself down, making sure I am all there. I take a deep breath trying to calm down.  I then hear a tap of wood.  I release the barrier and my curtains open.  I then see a patron there.  He looks upset.  "What is the matter?"  I ask gently bringing them in and setting them down to talk. I raise a barrier so no one hears what is to be spoken. "I heard you were attacked... I have always admired you, but I have been scared to say anything or approach you... But... Are you okay?"  They ask, worry in their soul.  Their only intentions are to ask if I am alright and I smile at that.  I grab their hand gently.  "Yes... I am alright... Thank you for worrying about me."  I say gently.  "I knew you were not a devil... The devil just cursed you is all."  They say hugging me. I then feel a burn against my arm and I gasp.  The patron jumps as I grab my arm.  "I am so sorry..."  He says.  "It is alright... I keep forgetting that I can no longer touch silver."  I sigh. "What happened?"  They ask.  I slip down the shoulder strap of my shirt and show them the bite mark.  "But... I have seen you wield a silver stake!"  He says.  "Only the tip is silver... When I was mortal it was fully silver..."  I sigh fixing my shoulder strap.  "Either way... You are still very beautiful... It does not matter to me if you are a vampire or a mortal, or even if you are a switch." The patron says.  I blush slightly at that. "Rainbow... Will... Will you..."  He trails off getting embarrassed.  I smile gently at him.  "You are sweet, but I cannot risk another life..."  I trail off seeing the tears in his eyes.  "Please, will you allow me to make a contract with you."  He begs. "I cannot, not with what is going on at the moment."  I say softly.  "Why?"  He asks me.  "Mortals die when they make a contract with me."  I state harshly.  The look on their face looks saddened. "I will wait till this murderer is caught then... Then will you do a contract with me?"  He asks.  "If I am allowed to and you are still alive then yes, if that is truly what you desire."  I say softly.  He nods at me.  I feel someone coming towards the curtains.  I then move away from the patron and the curtains open.  The patron looks shocked at how fast I moved.  I then stand and kneel in front of the patron.  "If that is what you desire... Then I will provide it when I am capable of doing so."  I say gently.  The patron nods sadly.  I then mutter a spell then kiss his forehead. "Stay safe now."  I say softly.  He nods standing up.  "Thank you for your time."  He says.  I stand as well.  He exits through the barrier and I get pulled back through the wall as I release the barrier.  "Do not go out there... G is pissed off and he is looking for you."  I hear.  "Ugh... He is always pissed off."  I snap.  "You have no idea... How pissed he is right now... He just found out you were bitten."  I hear Ruby say.  "I have to stop others from getting hurt."  I say gently before going through the stage doors.  I hear shouting and yelling.  "Rain!!!"  Twilight shouts.  I then sneak to the bar.  G is being really violent and the smell of blood is setting me off.  suddenly the lights go off.  I keep my night vision off.  I see multiple glow eyes, but mine is different from theirs. I then see a knife and glowing red eyes.  I quickly attack that person and then hold them down with magic.   All eyes are on me as the lights go on.  My one eye is red showing I am angry. I see G smirking below me.  "Encre... Why did you attack me?"  He asks me.  "Vampire."  I hear him say and I move away from him right away.  "Awe~... You saw me kill one person and everytime you hear Vampire... You get scared."  He says getting up.  "Brother!"  I hear Paint shout.  "Paint!!!"  I hear someone say as they grab him.  "No worries... You will never have to defile your body, with that Vampire King's fingers all over you... I thought you hated the King just as much as me..."  He says before laughing softly.  He looks insane.  I use magic to throw him down.  I am trembling as I remember what I saw when I was summoned by Number 23. I grow angry again. "How could you kill them like that..."  I growl feeling hungry suddenly. People are staring in shock.  My attire changes and I grab him by the throat.  I then drag him outside.  I then throw him down.  Our eyes are both red and our fangs are extended.  He no longer has a knife and now it is a full body strength battle.  Both our eyes go bright green showing we are leaders.  He attacks first and I tilt sideways twisting my body.  I kick him in the chest. "LEADER!!!" I hear my followers shout.  G and I are battling it out and it is one to the death.  I then grab him from behind and slam him down hard into the ground.  There are loud snaps and cracks.  I see my followers getting hyped up.  Paint is watching from the doors.  I then see the knife come up and I backflip back wards using one of my gypsy dance moves.  My cheek is burning which means he got me.  I then pull out my weapon to make it fair.  I then swing it and I cut across his chest.  "An eye..."  He starts.  "For an eye."  I growl at him.  "More like for a hair."  He laughs.  I get angry at that.  I then swing the rope and I cut across his face. He then throws the knife towards me.  It goes past me and I then hit the knife sending it into the ground in front of Paint. G then jumps at me. We then get into a physical fight.  Ruby is cheering me on along with my followers. We latch necks with each other and I rip hunks from his neck.  G is whimpering in my ear but I continue to latch onto his neck.  He lets go of me and bleeds out heavily.  I am bleeding heavily as well. I whine in pain before approaching him.  I pick up my weapon and then swing it down hard going through his soul.  He turns to dust quickly while smiling at me.  There is cheering and his followers kneel before me.  "What was that?"  I hear.  "Leader battle... They were best friends, but it was a battle of revenge, those are my favourite." I hear Ruby say. "Rain... Is a rogue leader?"  I hear.   "G, brought him into the lifestyle so he and his brother could survive." I hear.  I am looking at G's followers.  I dismiss them all with a wave of my hand.  Only a few leave.  I smirk.  "Attack the ones who left."  I order my followers smirking cruelly.  "You cannot do that!!!"  I hear a follower of G's say.  My followers attack on order.  I smirk at the one defiant one.  "Why are you all letting him do that!!!" I hear.  "Tell me why you are not moving."  I order.  "The Devil is not merciful to the ones who do not follow the laws."  I hear Fell chuckle beside me.  I smirk as my eyes shine cruelly and they flash red.  "Fell... Be a dear?"  I say sweetly. "My pleasure."  He says attacking the defiant one.  The other rogues all coware knowing my violence.  I turn from the group waving a hand.  I am holding back tears.  "Here is a secret about Rain... They hate being violent, but G... taught them to lead that way."  I hear Twilight say.  Blue comes over and looks hungry.  He is the youngest follower I have.  I take him over to my house so I can fix myself up and feed him since he is so young.
