Chapter 27 - Chances

I open my eyes and I am still there.  I see Reaper staring at me shocked.  I look around and see myself see through.  I see Fallacy staring at my ashes tears streaming down his face.  Tears start to stream down my face as well.  I hold Fallacy tightly sobbing.  Reaper is crying looking at me. "Reaper... Woah..."  I hear.  I then look up to see Error there.  He is smirking triumphantly over him killing me.  "Encre..."  I hear Reaper say.  "You've lived your last life..."  He says. Fallacy looks confused.  Everyone is staring at Reaper.  Error looks confused as well.  "What... The Fuck?  Encre is dead... All he has to do is reset..."  Error says. "Encre... And that AU... Was on its last lifeline..." Reaper says smirking.  Suddenly I see Toriel the goddess of life.  Reaper looks scared now.   "Encre... Come here..."  She says.   I hold onto Fallacy tighter.  "I do not want to leave him... Not yet..."  I sob.  Fallacy looks up and is looking around.  "Encre..."  He says.  "Encre... You shall disappear forever... If you do not..."  She says.  I kiss Fallacy gently before shakily standing up. Tears are pouring down my face as I am looking at him.  I move quickly over to Toriel and she takes my hand.  "Tell... Fallacy... I love him... Tell him I love him so much..."  I say while hugging her.   I feel tears land on my head.  "He knows... He knows your last words of this set of life..." She says.  Fallacy is staring at me and her.  Reaper is fighting Error along with Ink and Dream. "My child... I give you a second chance..."  She says while smiling.  I completely turn to dust.

I open my eyes to see the sun and flowers surrounding me. I sit up to see a field of flowers.  Paint is beside me.  He is giggling happily.  "Nice to see you awake sleepy head!!!"  He giggles. "ENCRE!!!"  I hear someone shout.  Paint looks startled.  I pull Paint towards me hugging him tightly.  I then see Fallacy coming out of the forest.  Paint looks confused while I smile.  I let go of Paint and I stand.  Fallacy and I run towards each other and I jump into his arms.  Paint is giggling madly as he hugs us both, having ran behind me.  "Hello, Paint."  Fallacy says.  "Hello, Old man!"  Paint giggles. "Brother... I thought you did not like Vampires..."  Paint says.  "I do not like them..."  I snip.  I then look up at Fallacy then smile saying "I love them."  Fallacy smiles brightly at that.  

We are all smiling brightly as we all sit and talk.  We all roll down the hill and we are all laughing as we reach the bottom.  Paint is dancing and I join him.  Fallacy picks up Paint and Paint laughs hysterically.  We are all dancing together now and then I step back smiling.  "ENCRE!!!"  I hear.  I then see Eterna and Dr. Lofty.  Fallacy looks worried as he sets down Paint. "Old Man!!! Run!!!" Paint screams.  I get aggressive and get in front of Paint who is in front of Fallacy.  "Both of you... There is an army coming..."  Fallacy says.  Eterna stops halfway through the field. "Fallacy..."  I say worriedly.  "Bite me... Please..."  I beg him.  He looks worried but he smiles.  He rips my shirt and then bites my neck.  I can feel the warm sensation of the biting.  "ENCRE!!!"  I hear Eterna scream.  "Fallacy... Push me away and get away with Paint... I shall find you..."  I say.  Fallacy pulls his fangs from my neck and licks my wound carefully.  "Promise me you will find us."  He says. "I promise." I say. He then pushes me away lightly and I make myself fall.  Fallacy grabs Paint and he starts to scream.  They take off into the air.  I grab my neck dramatically and reach for him.  I then collapse myself into the flowers.  Eterna and Dr. Lofty are there in seconds.  Dr. Lofty is checking my neck and soul.  I have fake tears and everything.  Eterna then picks me up and I see the army. "Fucking bastard..." I hear Eterna mutter.  'She's conscious as well...'  I think. Eterna is looking down at me so I wait a few moments before looking up at her, with squinted eyes.  She looks worried, but I can feel the hatred.  'Don't worry... I'll kill you Eterna... Painfully.'  I think keeping my face looking like I am in pain.  "I cannot believe this..."  I hear Dr. Lofty say.  

Time skip...

I am stuck in my house and I am not allowed to leave, I have tried.  There are multiple knocks on my door but I stay in my and Paint's room.  "UGH!!! ENCRE!!!"  I hear as my door opens.  I stay in my bed not moving.  "Did he escape?"  I hear. "Check all the rooms!"  I hear.  I have been holding my neck due to it burning the past few days, but it is not that bad of a burning sensation.  I have not eaten either which is really idiotic of me, but it happens.  "There is nothing here!!! It looks abandoned!!!"  I hear.  "Check the bedroom!"  I hear. I get my huge act ready.  My light is off so it is already dark.  I get the tears and shaking ready.  The door opens slowly and then I see a flame. I put my act in place.  "Eterna!!! I found him!!!" I hear.  I open my eyes slowly to see a knight. Eterna then sees me and gasps.  "I-It... Hurt-Hurts..."  I gasp rolling onto my side to hide my smile.  "You are switching over..." She says. I look up with fearful eyes. "I... No..." I say starting to fake cry. "We should kill him now then."  I hear.  Eterna growls and they jump.  I accidentally cut myself and my fangs extend. 'Fuck...'  I think. I lean towards my arm and lick it gently.  I clean my would carefully. "Woah..."  I hear Eterna say.  She comes to in front of me and cuts her hand.  I look up at her shyly, due to the hunger.  She reaches her cut hand towards me. I look at her shyly again as I sit up slightly.  She pushes her hand towards me again.  I extend my tongue and I lick it gently.  I take her hand in my hands gently as I clean her cut. "It does not even hurt... Interesting."  Eterna says then she places her thumbs against my fangs and I get excited.  She smirks at that then says "Good... Now you can bite."  I look up at her shyly before sinking my teeth into her.  The taste is intoxicating as I drink slowly.   "Eterna... What... Are you doing?"  I hear.  "Training him to behave."  I hear her say.  I let go of her right away and move away.  The word "training" frightens me due to other "training" I have gotten.   Eterna glares at me for moving away.   I look down feeling ashamed of myself suddenly.  I then take off quickly.  I see my front door open and I turn into a bat.  I make it through it and fly hard and fast towards the forest.  I soon become exhausted and crash mid-forest.  "Woah... What was that?"  I hear and I look around.  "It is a vampire... Look..." I hear as I transform back.  I am exhausted from flying so far when still hungry.  I then hear "It is the Royal Painter!!!"  "He is a vampire!!!"  I hear. "Children what are you going on about?"  I hear.  "He is just like us!!!"  I hear.  "Sir..."  I hear.  I then feel myself being lifted up and I flinch away.  I see a person but I do not trust him.  "ENCRE!!!"  I hear. It is Eterna.  I jump and try to pick myself up.  "Turn into a bat."  I hear the person order.  I transform and they look startled.  The kids had turned also.  "You are... So... Small..."  The man says picking me up.  I cuddle into his hand due to it being so warm.  He hides me carefully.  'I will get back to Fallacy... Now that the timeline has finally returned to normal.' I think confindently.
