Hidden Feelings

Chapter 16

Amerria and her girls sat outside of their beach house on the beach just listening to the waves crash against the shore. It was such a beautiful sight that neither one of them could tear their eyes away from it. Amerria sat back and thought about Cayden. Maybe she was overreacting earlier when she was going crazy because she hadn't talk to him. In her heart she truly believed that Cayden would not do her some type of fucked up way but she loved and cared about him so much that she didn't want something so petty to tear them apart. After all she did give her virginity to him that she had been holding for years. She glanced over at Jaz who had her hand on her protruding belly and tears in her eyes.

Amerria could never imagine being in the position Jazlyn was in. It also hurt her feelings seeing her best friend like that. The Jaz she knew was always happy and full of energy. Amerria knew that Jay really didn't mean what he said to Jaz, honestly she believed he was just as scared as Jaz but that didn't mean she had to go through this by herself. MiKayla just sat there neutral looking at the ocean, nothing was really on her mind. She just wanted her best friends to be okay. She just like her friends had noticed a change in her. MiKayla had tones herself down and was being laid back. She wasn't in her party girl ways anymore. The thing that really calmed her down was being with Shaq. She had so many things that she had never had before. She had happiness, a man, and ride or die friends. There wasn't much she could ask for.

All three girls would soon be back to work as soon as they touched down in America. They were all happy to go back to work doing what they love. Amerria's clothing line was about to launch and she couldn't wait for girls all around the world to rock her designs. Jaz would be going back to music producing and try to live her life normal even though she knew if would never be the same again. MiKayla was ready to go back to her dancing studio.

All of their lives had changed drastically since their high school and college days but it had changed for the best. They still sat in silence not knowing what was going to happen next.

Cayden, Jay, and Shaq stepped off of the private jet that they had just taken to Hawaii, where the lovers were. They all were kinda of nervous because well they haven't spoken to these girls in a week, Jay being longer. Cayden was nervous because he hadn't seen or talked to his girl friend in a week, or tried to talk to in a week. Shaq was very cautious because he had to ask Kay something important and Jay was nervous because he wanted Jaz back but he wasn't so sure he was going to get her back.

So basically they took this trip out of faith any guiltiness.

They got in the car and directed the driver to the destination they were headed to. It seem like it took seconds to get there and before they knew it they were knocking on the beach front home. They heard shuffling on the other side of the door and knew some body was coming. Their nerves started to kick in.

Amerria soon appeared at the door and her jaw hit the floor. She stared at all three not believing that they were standing on the door step. She moved out of the way and they walked on in the house. Cayden grabbed Amerria's hand and went to a room that she had pointed to indicating that it was hers.

Meanwhile the other men went to find there girls. Jay found Jaz by the beach side and Shaq found Kay. The girls were in more shock than Amerria.

Meanwhile Amerria just stared at Cayden. She didn't know what to say. But she finally croaked out,

"Why haven't you called or tried to contact me??" He looked at her and got his thoughts together.

"Amerria, I love you but we been smothering each other. I just needed a small break but now I'm ready to fully be with you I lo-" He said but he got cut off by a loud squeal. Amerria and Cayden quickly ran out of the room and down stairs. They seen MiKayla jumping up and down with a ring on her finger. It was official her and Shaq were getting married.

Amerria smiled widely and congratulated her while looking over at Jaz who was also congratulating her but had a pained expression on her face she knew it had something to do with Jay so she just nodded and turned around on her heels going back to finish her conversation with Cayden.

Hiya Y'all! Um we got out of school early today because it was a snow warning so I took the time to write. My friends up north say I wouldn't last up there ol well. Snow scares southern people.
