Chapter Six
***
Hello Wattpadians!
I decided to change things up just for this chapter. I usually try to alternate between Delilah's and Dritan's perceptive but just for this chapter I'm going with Delilah's again. Thanks for being flexible and read on!

Delilah
My eyes slowly opened to the darkness, my heart pounding like crazy. I sniffed the air and relaxed once I realized I was in my room.
I lay on my bed summoning the energy to try and get up to face the day. It had been two weeks since I passed out the veranda of the Alan's birthday party. He had told everyone that i had just fainted and my brother had took me home to rest. Dritan could tell there was something wrong with me, but for some reason I just couldn't tell him what happened. Probably because I knew he would want to fight Alan, and he would lose all his friends because of it. And I just couldn't bring myself to do that to him.
Every day it was getting harder and harder to get up, my body felt like it had run a marathon every night, and my nightmares had been getting worse and worse,
I called to my wolf for help, but like every other time I had called her in the last two weeks, she didn't respond. I turned my head to the side I saw something move, I got out of my bed to look at the shadow closer when I heard.
Knock knock
I sighed to myself and slowly got out of bed, stretching before answering the door. It was Sarah the Den Mother of sorts of the house.
She gave me a hesitant smile. " Hey, do you want to join us for breakfast?"
I just shook my head and closed the door. I know it was rude, but I just didn't have the energy to put of a charade like I usually did.
I looked around my room and sighed again, I had lost a bet with Dritan so he had designed my room. And he went all out, decorating with bright colors to quote on quote "Lighten up the aura of meanness." I apparently had. But all the colors seemed to mock me as I made my way to my closest and slipped on some jeans, a t-shirt, and my favorite converse. After brushing my teeth I grabbed my phone, and saw I had a text from Dritan.
You'll never guess what happened!!! And tbh neither can I. Meet me at the place. I'll show you at school! See ya!!
I gathered all my school stuff together and grabbed my car keys and headed downstairs. As I passed the dinning room I could hear the laughter of my female pack mates and rushed passed hoping to avoid any conversation, but as usual I had no luck.
Sarah approached me again, she looked concerned and I saw her scanning my appearance. Wrinkled clothes, bags under my eyes, and curly hair looking messy, and not in the good way. I was never a fashionista was I wasn't a slob either. But I just couldn't bring myself to care anymore.
"Are you sure you don't want to join us for breakfast? There is some leftovers if you want them."
I shook my head and gave her a small smile hoping that it would satisfy her. " I'll grab something on the way, Drit wanted to meet early at school to show me something."
Her eyes brightened, she knew that the bond between twin wolves was rare and almost as close as a mates was. And in her bubbly mind thought he could get me out of the funk I was in.
"Sounds good," She started to turn back and head towards the dinning room "and don't forget your on dishes duty tonight."
I sighed headed to the garage. If there was one thing I loved about the pack life was how each garage was like looking at a car show. Throwing my backpack into the backseat of my Mini Cooper, I turned on the engine and reversed out.
I, then headed to school, turning on some depressing music to jump-start my day. Thanking the Moon Goddess there was no traffic.
