Wanting Charlie

"Found you."

I closed my eyes, forcing the nausea I'm feeling to go away. The floor seems to roll beneath my feet like waves.

"There!"

I was pushed to the bed, and someone sat on top of me. I felt hands roaming on my body. I want to push it away and shout at them to leave me alone.

I'm dizzy.

What the fuck just happened? Am I really drunk? I didn't drink much, right? Just a couple of beers..

"Nicky..."

"Raven..?"

The lips that whispered on my right ear stopped their sweet assault on my neck. I want to open my eyes and see if it's really Charlie on top of me.

I think I could smell her. The citrusy fragrance of her colorful hair, and the sweet, playful smell of her.

I don't remember seeing her in the party here at Jake's house, but then I don't remember how we ended up here either.

"Naughty.." I muttered. I felt her thighs tighten around me. I run my hands on her small frame, up to her long hair..

The next thing I know was that I'm back to the party Jake had thrown for our victorious game yesterday. Loud music pumped at my ear as I walk through the crowd of my fellow schoolmates. Some patted me on the back and congratulated me. Kenneth was beside me, holding me upright.

"Thanks, Kenneth." the familiar cool, smooth voice said. I looked at the direction of that voice and saw a fiery mass of hair near me.

"Raven.."

She turned towards me. Why isn't she smiling? I want her back on my lap. I want to feel her again.

I think we're in my car. I could see the ugly trolls that were lined on my dashboard in front of me. Those were from Alex, she bought two of it. One with green hair, the other one is violet. Their eyes were sapphire, like ours.

"Drink."

She put a bottle of water in front of me, holding it until I can take a sip.

"More."

She took hold of my chin and made me drink half of the bottle's content.

I shook my head, she capped the bottle and strapped my seatbelt on me. She started the car and eased out of the parking lot.

"I didn't know you can drive a car.." I slurred.

She looked at me quickly.

"Wow. You can form a sentence. Good for you."

I let her sarcastic comment pass. I watched her drive for a moment. I can see that she's a careful driver, driving slowly and turning cautiously.

"You're a good driver." I said with a steadier voice this time.

She snorted.

"I just don't have my license with me. If I do have it, we'll be home in five minutes, tops."

I almost shouted at her for not bringing her license with her, feeling horrified about what will happen if we get caught, but I just found myself laughing.

"You're so cute!" Okay, I didn't know why I said that.

She looked at me, frowning.

"You're fucking high, Stone."

I flinched.

"Am not." I said.

"Right." she said drily.

She shifted gears and ignored me. I continued watching her.

It's a bit dark inside the car and all I can see of her is her profile. She's real pretty, there's no denying it. In my mind's eye her hair is flaming and vivid. It brings color to her usually pale skin. I like her eyes, the deep brown of it warms me, and has the power to turn my annoyance on her attitude whenever I see vulnerability reflected there. And those lips.. I wonder what they taste like.

I groaned. Drunk as I am, I'm aware that thinking about my sister's girlfriend this way, and making out with her, is not good. I don't want to hurt Alex. I want her happy.

But Charlie Raven has undeniably appealed to me. I'm attracted to her free and careless attitude. Her confidence in herself makes her sexy, despite all those trash she's wearing. It didn't really help that I already saw her in a sexy lingerie. I know just how sexy and perfect she really is.

It's sad that she's a lesbian.

I heard Charlie laugh. She glanced at me, a smile lighting up her face.

"Just how sad are you about my sexuality, Nicky?"

It took me a while before I realized that I had said what I was thinking out loud. I should have been ashamed, but instead I found myself answering her seriously.

"Very sad, I might cry."

She bursts out laughing, the sound of it filling the silent car.

"That's a good one." Charlie said after her laughter subsided.

"I'm not joking." I said, dead serious.

She stopped the car, not even bothering to park on the side of the road.

I met her eyes, and tonight I could not fathom what's inside those chocolate orbs.

"You don't really want me with Alex?" Charlie asked.

"No." I answered truthfully.

I don't want you with anyone else. I want you. All of you. For me.
