When all the Champions went to the headmistress' office, Lily's cousins and friends turned to face her, their worried expression visible as they looked at her. Lily sat still, trying to comprehend everything that happened.

Alice carefully hugged Lily. "It's going to be alright, Lils. It's just a game. He can handle it."

Lily remained unmoved as Alice studied her face. Sure, he can handle it, but I can't. It's not that bloody easy. She thought.

Lily stood up from her seat and walked out of the Great Hall without even looking at any of them. She decided to go back to her dormitory and give herself time to think.

As she was walking up the stairs, she passed by the headmistress' office and paused for a minute, just staring at the phoenix passage way into the office, hoping that Scorpius would appear.

Her lips quivered at the thought of Scorpius. She crossed her arms and waited patiently for him.

After five minutes, the phoenix moved. Lily quickly looked up to see Scorpius behind it. She ran towards him and threw her arms around his neck as she sobbed loudly, letting her emotions fill her in.

"Shh." Scorpius tried to comfort her as he stroked the back of her hair. He rested his chin on top of her head and spoke. "Everything's going to be okay, love. Don't worry." He whispered in his deep raspy voice as he held her tighter.

"It's just... I can't shake the feeling that something bad is going to happen." Lily said in a weak voice as tears rolled down her cheeks. "I don't want you getting hurt, Scorp." She sobbed even louder.

Scorpius kissed her forehead and lifted her chin slightly. "Lily, look at me." Scorpius' voice was soft now. "We won't have any control in what's going to happen in the next few months, so you have to promise me something. Can you do that?"

"W-what is it?"

"Promise me that we'll stay together. No matter what happens." Scorpius was serious as he looked into Lily's watery eyes.

Lily paused for a moment, trying to understand what he meant, but she nodded anyway.

"I promise. No matter what happens, we stay together."

Scorpius smiled genuinely and wiped her tear with his thumb before leaning in to kiss her gently, lifting her up as she pulled him closer to her.

If she could die now, she wanted this to be her last memory. Her lips pressed unto his and his arms around her waist, protectively.

Just the feeling of Scorpius close to her made Lily feel safe. Like he was the only right thing that's ever happened to her life. Nothing made sense before Scorpius. She loved him and she hated herself for being so sure about it.

Lily wished for the world to stop right then and there.

But that's not going to happen.

The world doesn't stop for anyone.

The next day was the Gryffindor vs. Hufflepuff game and Lily needed to focus on that first.

"We need to have a good start, everyone. Set everything else aside and keep your head in the game." James demanded. "Remember your positions, Lions. The game's about to start."

Albus hung his arm around Lily's shoulder. "I'll try not to beat the shit out of your boyfriend in the competition, Lils. Don't worry." Albus whispered as he gently bumped his head with hers, playfully. Lily chuckled and nudged his brother.

"Hey, congratulations for being the Gryffindor Champion, Al." Marina greeted before she went out of the dugout.

Albus smiled and nodded once. "Thanks."

Lily stood up and took her broom. "Try not to think of my boyfriend too much, Al. We still have a game to win." Lily smirked as they went out of the dugout and into the Quidditch Pitch. The crowd had gone wild when the whole Gryffindor team appeared.

Madame Hooch blew her whistle and the game started immediately. Albus caught the Quaffle first, zooming towards the Hufflepuff's hoops. He quickly passed the ball to Nick Xavier while Lily waited for the ball. She saw a hufflepuff chaser try to steal the Quaffle, but Fred batted the Bludger towards him just in time. The Hufflepuff chaser was hit and he fell slightly from his broom. When Nick saw, he swiftly passed the ball to Lily. She caught it before a Bludger could hit her. She zoomed to the third post and threw the Quaffle inside the hoop. The Gryffindors roared when the Quaffle went through the hoop, earning them their first 10 points!

Lily smiled slightly and flew back to her usual place. A Hufflepuff chaser caught the ball and flew quickly to the Gryffindor's base. Albus and Lily caught up with him and tried to steal the ball, but the Hufflepuff Chaser already threw it. Marina blocked the ball before it could get inside the hoop to prevent the other team from scoring.

Lily caught the Quaffle again and flew back to the Hufflepuff's base instantly. When Lily looked back, a Hufflepuff beater hit Marina in the stomach before Louis could shield it. Marina fell off her broom and everyone gasped.

"Oh my god!" Lily shouted as she clasped her mouth in shock.

Albus' reflex action got the best of him as he drifted his way down to catch Marina. She was inches away from hitting the ground and everyone screamed anxiously. Albus caught Marina by the waist within a millisecond and lifted her back up as the crowd sighed in relief. Lily took the opportunity and quickly shot the ball inside the opponent's hoop while everyone's attention were still at Albus' heroic move.

Everyone cheered again for Gryffindor's fantastic performance. She looked down at the crowd to see Scorpius holding the same banner he brought during their practice two weeks ago. Lily laughed when he saw him proudly raising up the sign that said: "LILY SCORES!" With an arrow pointing down at Scorpius.

Lily then passed the ball to Nick who perfectly shot the ball through the hoop.

A few minutes within the game and Gryffindor was still in the lead; 70-30.

Louis batted the ball towards the beater who hit Marina, just so they could get even, but the beater gripped on his broom tightly to prevent himself from falling.

Just then, a little gold ball gleamed at the corner of Lily's eyes.

"James!" She shouted as she pointed to the ball.

"It's the snitch!" The commentator pointed out as James was already there, chasing it.

Within a few minutes, Lily and Nick scored twice, and Albus thrice.

The Hufflepuff captain scowled at their Keeper and tried to hit Albus in the face, but Fred was quicker. The Bludger rebounded and hit the captain's arm instead.

Madame Hooch whistled and they all looked down.

"JAMES POTTER JUST CAUGHT THE SNITCH! GRYFFINDOR WINS!!!" The commentator announced and everybody cheered and jumped on their seats in celebration.

"Good job, Lions! It was a great game." James grinned happily before they huddled into a group hug.

"Marina, are you okay?" James asked, worriedly.

Marina nodded. "Yeah, that was a close one. If it wasn't for Albus--"

"It was nothing, really. Don't worry about it." Albus smiled and tipped his head, humbly.

"You call that nothing?" Lily asked. "You were amazing, Al! Marina could've been dead meat if it wasn't for you."

Albus turned red and mumbled. "Okay, okay, drop it already." He went back to the dug out, shyly, a few people greeting him.

Lily turned back and already saw Scorpius there behind her. He hugged her from behind and gave her a kiss on the cheek. "You were amazing!" He said.

"I know, right?" Lily joked as she turned to face him.

"No, I'm serious. I didn't know I was this lucky to have you. Not that I didn't think I wasn't lucky before, I mean-- you were hot today, but you always are, it's just..."

"I get it." She chuckled and pecked his lips before he could finish. "Thank you." She brushed his cheek with her fingers.

A wide smile appeared on Scorpius' face as he swiftly carried Lily off her feet and away from the Quidditch Pitch.

When Lily came back to the common room, the students cheered for her and patted her back for scoring the most in the team.

"Here comes little miss popular." Alice teased as she sat beside Lily on the couch.

"Shut up." Lily rolled her eyes and tried not to smile.

"Apparently, everyone wants a piece of Lily Luna Potter after that game." Alice talked like she was the next gossip writer in the Daily Prophet.

"Blimey, Alice. Stop talking like that." Lily cringed.

"Literally everyone wants a Potter. James first, then Albus, and now you!" Alice pushed her slightly.

"Did you get hit in the head? Cause I'm pretty sure the only person who got hit was Marina, oh and two other poor blokes from Hufflepuff." Lily arched her brow.

"No, silly! I'm serious! Everyone's swooning over you guys." Alice flailed. "It wasn't just Scorpius." She said with a smirk.

"How did you know Scorpius was swooning over me?" Lily's jaw fell open.

"Well, the banner thing kind of gave it away." Alice shrugged as she opened a pack of crisps. "Cheeky little bugger, he is."

Lily choked back a laughter before she stood up. "Okay, Alice. Gossip time is over. I'm going up." Lily announced.

"What? You're knackered already? Isn't Scorpius getting it tonight?"

"ALICE!" Lily gasped and slapped her friend's arm.

"I was kidding!" Alice laughed as she started eating the crisps.

"Give me some." Lily put her palm out as she asked for crisps.

"Oh you have loads of other sweets upstairs. I technically got this from you." Alice let out a loud crunch as she took a bite.

"What?" Lily was dumbstruck before she realized what was happening. "Oh fuck, no." She quickly ran up the stairs and went inside her dormitory only to find a shit load of chocolates and flowers on her bed with little notes.

"Is this all from Scorpius?" Lily asked when Alice followed her up.

"Don't be ridiculous. There's a reason why I called you 'little miss popular'." Alice leaned on the doorstep, coolly.

Hugo walked up the stairs and peeked into the girl's dormitory.

"Blimey, Lils. You have lots of admirers. Can I get that Licorice Wand?" Hugo's eyes widened, hopeful.

"Sure, help yourself." Lily took a Licorice wand and threw it at her cousin.

"Congratulations on winning the game, by the way. You killed it." Hugo grinned and went back down to the common room.

"Thanks." Lily mumbled and sat on her bed.

Alice took three little notes with different handwritings from the flowers and read it aloud:

"Congratulations. Love, Rick."

"You were amazing. Love, Simon."

"Nice game. I think you're hot. Love, Miguel."

Alice laughed hysterically as Lily turned red.

"Give me that!" Lily grabbed the notes from Alice and shoved it in her drawer, feeling embarrassed.

"What am I supposed to do with these?!" She asked frustratedly as she glanced at Alice who was smirking maliciously at Lily.

"Little Miss Popular."
