It was Thursday night and Lily was up the Astronomy Tower along with the fifth year Ravenclaws. She sat at the back with Lorcan, Lysander, and Molly while Professor Beeble discussed the planet Jupiter.

"Hey Zander, congratulations for being the Ravenclaw champion." Lily greeted him with a smile.

"Thank you, Lily. I'm rather intimidated by your brother and cousin, to be honest." He gulped.

"Albus and Roxy? You'll be fine, don't worry." Lily said.

Molly rolled her eyes and bumped his arm. "Stop being so modest, Lysander. You can outwit anyone who comes across you."

Lorcan nodded in agreement. "You better keep an eye out on that Malfoy guy, though. I heard he doesn't like you that much."

Molly gave Lorcan a death stare, but he was oblivious. "What?" He asked.

Lysander chuckled and glanced at Lily. "I'm not scared of a Malfoy."

"Pretty sure you were actually glad he got picked for the competition. You know, so you could beat him for the first time." Molly smirked.

"Yeah, I'm not losing to that Malfoy guy again." Lysander frowned.

"Again?" Lily and Lorcan said in unison.

"Quidditch!" Molly interrupted. "Err-- Slytherin won over Ravenclaw last year." Molly answered quickly before Lysander could respond.

"Still not over that, Zander?" Lorcan sighed.

"The prick hit me with a Bludger! Pretty sure he was a seeker, not a beater." Lysander frowned.

"He won't be hurting anyone, I'll be sure to tell him that." Lily muttered uncomfortably as she smiled sheepishly.

In the corner of her eye, she saw Molly kick the twins' legs.

"Ow!" They both rubbed their leg and looked at Molly with cursing eyes.

"Stop it, she's Lily's boyfriend." She whispered so Lily couldn't hear.

"You're dating Malfoy?" Lorcan asked Lily in disbelief.

"Keep it down, Professor Beeble is looking." Lily whispered.

"Blimey, Lily. You could've done better. You could've dated me instead." Lorcan winked.

Lysander punched his brother's stomach and glared at him as Lily laughed.

"I was kidding! Ouch. You guys know how much I fancy Longbottom."

"Alice? My friend?" Lily grinned.

"Don't tell. I'm saving it for the Yule Ball." He smirked. "Speaking of the Yule Ball, who are you taking, Zander?"

"Don't know anymore... Probably Hugo." Lysander said casually like he was serious about it before the four of them sniggered, loudly.

"Something you'd like to share to the class, Mister Scamander?" Professor Beeble crossed her arms and looked at Lysander.

"Er, none ma'am." Lysander smiled, innocently.

"Keep it down. You're disrupting the class."

"Sorry."

The four of them looked at each other and choked back a laughter until their class was finished. Molly pulled Lorcan away.

"Lorcan and I are going ahead, we still have a potions essay to finish." Molly said.

"Okay, see you later." Lysander nodded.

Lily swore she saw Molly wink at Lysander before she went down from the Astronomy Tower with Lorcan. Lysander just chuckled and shook his head as he stood up.
