Forty-eight. That's all of the survivors thought to be left. Three. That's all Amara though was left. Including herself. All of her friends are gone. Her brother is gone. Bellamy is gone. It's just her and Raven and she feels so completely lost and helpless.

Raven laid facing away from the entrance with a gun clutched closely to her. Her body tensed when she heard footsteps getting closer. The Grounder in the ship walked over to Raven with a large weapon in his hand. He turned her around and she shot him in the head. His blood splattered and he fell to the ground with a loud thud.

"Mars. Wake up. Grace. " Raven said weakly as she shook her friend awake. Amara's eyes slowly fluttered open and a sharp pain sent shocks through her body.

"I'm up. Are you okay?" Amara asked as she un-did the seatbelt that was stopping the blood flow to her leg that was now ghostly white.

Raven groaned and clutched her bullet wound.

"Oh, I'm fine. " Raven said as she cried out in pain with every move.

The two went quiet when they heard footsteps, again. Raven grabbed the gun, ready to shoot while Amara weakly pulled out her bow and arrows. The sheet separating the outside and the inside was pushed aside by Murphy who limped in. Raven didn't drop the gun.

"Woah! It's okay. It's okay. Raven, don't. Don't shoot. Please." Murphy said as he held his hands up.

"Why not? You shot me." Raven lifted the gun and pulled the trigger to a click. There was no ammo. Murphy flinched as the gun continued to click.

"I'll use my bow. " Amara said as she pulled the string back.

"No. please. I know I've done bad things to you both." Murphy said as he limped to a wall to sit against. Amara lowered her weapon. He smiled evilly. "Yeah, I would have shot me too. "

It had been about an hour and the three had not moved. Murphy sat there rubbing his ropes around his hands on a piece of metal in hopes of breaking the rope. He sighed in relief when the rope finally snapped.

"What are you doing here, Murphy?" Raven asked as she leaned back and licked her paled lips.

"Dying. Same as you two. " Murphy replied as he dropped the scrap metal on the floor.

"Unfortunately, no. " Amara said as she gave him a sarcastic smile.

Raven placed the gun down and carefully readjusted her sitting position.

"Speak for yourself. " Raven said as she grunted. "How many more are out there?"

"None. You fried them all. The only reason this one survived is because they left him behind to guard me." Murphy replied.
