1 year after

Violet's pov

We won just a year prior to today's date. In just one year, our career's sky rocketed. We already have two hit singles, and in a week's time we are releasing our debut album.

Everything seems so unreal that I couldn't help thinking what would have been if even one of us didn't audition. Without anyone of us, we would be incomplete.

What we have reached till today, is really not possible. Never in our wildest dreams , did we ever thought that we would be competing for an award with very well knows stars like Justin Bieber, and our own favourite band One direction.

Today, we four were having a small party, with all our close family members. I have my mum and caroline and Spencer coming tonight, jess her parents and brother, Sam's parents and sister are coming in too, but I'm not quite sure about diya's parents. They are still having a rocky relationship right now. Even after a year.

She did invite them, let's see what happens.

Even if they don't come, she has Sally (Sam's mother). They are basically a mother - daughter duo. When Sally got to know about diana's fight, she quickly took her under her wing.

I just hope her parents do atleast try to come. It would mean a lot to her. It hurts me and the others, that she doesn't have her actual mother's support. I have talked to her sister on skype, and she's just adorable. If only I could meet her in personal...

Anyhow's, alot to pack, and prepare! Off to the kitchen!

The party was to start in an hour, and I wasn't ready! I didn't have my dress, nor was the food ready! Everywhere, I could see clothes flung around, and was creating such a mess. I don't want my parents and other's to feel that we can't care for ourselves!

I searched my wardrobe almost thrice now, and was now sitting defeated at the edge of my bed. Soon I heard chuckling come from behind.

Frustrated, I said. "What sam?" Whilst turning around to see her already dressed, in a gorgeous germanium colored dress, hands behind her back, looking at me amused. (Dress above )

"Nothing. Just it's funny how are supposed leader isn't ready yet, and is almost having a panic attack! " she was hiding her laugh at this point.

"Yea whatever. Just help me now!"

"Ok. Chill babes." She said, shaking her head as if I was a child.

In just five minutes she found my dress, in the heap of clothes I had recklessly thrown on the floor.

It was down right beautiful. It was a light purply dress with gorgeous lace designs on it.

"I love it! Thanks Sam so much!" I said, while hugging her.

"Anytime love." She said as she went back outside.

I went back to my dressing table, having already showered, and started curling my hair into light waves. Then I slipped on my dress, applied a small amount of baby lips on, and went down.

Downstairs, it was better than what it was an hour ago. Diana, half-dressed , was running around here and there, with her dress sliding down her shoulder from one side, showing her whole left side (along with her bra. Just to add, you perverts), with a hairbrush in one hand and a spatula in another.
