Another day, another chapter ;)

So the Watty's have officially closed (Well in Aus they have)! I am dying to know who wins in what. I personally only read a few that were finalists this year and I have already mentioned the ones I deemed worthy of mentioning. But i want to give praises to any of you who are writing a book, or even got their's to the Watty's. I am just writing a story and i can see how stressful it can be but it is all worth it in the end in my eyes ;)

My best friend showed me a picture today that was so funny. It said, 'Every girl wants a guy who is a polite dick.... someone who will open the  door for her but will still smack her ass as she walks in!'  I COULD NOT STOP LAUGHING!! <3 love that one

Enough blabbing.....

Comment your thoughts :)

Happy Reading :)

Chapter 30

Nikki’s P.O.V

“Are you all ready?” Demitri asks as he pops his head through my door with the biggest smile I have ever seen on his face.

I zip up my suitcase and turn to him, returning his cheerful expression. “All ready.”

He walks in and picks up my suitcase up to take it down but I immediately stop him. “No, no it is okay. I’ll take it.” I say, putting my hand on his.

He shakes his head, “Nikki, if you are to stay with me, not that you really have much choice, but if you are, you need to know that I am the man here and I intend to do the tasks required of me. This is one of them, to make any load lighter for you.” He quickly kisses my cheek before grabbing the suitcase and sauntering off downstairs.

I shake my head with a smile at his behaviour. He truly is entertaining to be around and he is stubborn as hell. ‘Boy do I love him’ I think to myself as I grab my carry-on bag and head downstairs.

I walk into the foyer, which is filled with the residents of this house. Esme turns to me with a smile and open arms, I place my bag down and walk into her embrace.

“I am going to miss you so much Nikki.” She hugs me tight. I respond with a hug equally as tight.

“I am going to miss you too, Esme but don’t worry I’ll bring you something from wherever we’re going.” I reply when we pull away.

She laughs and shakes her head, a smile remaining on her face. “I can’t believe you have to patience to not know where you are going, it would’ve killed me by now.”

I smile and shrug, “I trust Demitri.” I say loud enough for Demitri, who was talking to Carlos not too far from us. He hears it and turns his head in my direction. We our eyes lock and I know he sees the double meaning there. I am not only referring to the trip but about the two of us, our future and everything in between.

He shoots me a heart-warming grin, which makes my stomach do a flip.

“You know,” Esme begins. I turn my attention to her from Demitri. “You better take advantage of this trip, I mean look at him. He is absolutely crazy about you, he loves you and you are going to get married soon.”

“What are you saying?” I ask her quietly, confused of the direction she is heading to.

“All I am saying is that you have an amazing man; that loves you and is willing to do a lot of things for you, to be the husband you need and the man you love. Just don’t let your fear of things stop you from enjoying and seeing all that.” she explains while watching the boys converse.
