HELLOOO :)
Sorry for my disappearance :/ Here in Aus, we have school holidays that started last friday and I ended up having a Science test on the last day, so I had to focus on studying for that instead of writing and for the lack of post this week... I have no real valid reason... My mind kept going into a blank when I was wanting to write but.... I have it here now :))))
Oh also, when I first came on Wattpad I remember getting a book called Dare Me and it wasn't completed. Then when i finished what was available she said sorry I am going to be taking a big break from writing !! I was so upset cause I really wanted to find out what will happen and guess what... Yesterday she updated a new chapter and is back to writing !!!!! AHHH !! I thought I would share that even though most of you will probably skip this or couldn't care less but whatever I am so EXCITED :)
Soo here is Chapter 39 ;)
Comment your thoughts :)
Vote if you like :)
HAPPY READING <3

Chapter 39
Demitri’s P.O.V
I watch Nikki wipe the tears from her eyes as she turns around to face the cause of them. From where I am standing I see Nikki place a genuine smile on her face that seems to brighten her face. Even though tears are still falling down her face, the bright beaming smile on her face seems to water down the sadness still lurking in her features.
She steps forward and embraces Esme in a tight hug, “Congratulations.” She whispers so quietly that my ears only hear because of the close proximity.
Nikki lets go of a very confused Esme and walks out of the room without another word. I leave her, knowing she needs a bit of time to clear her head.
Esme turns to me with a questioning gaze. I shake my head, disappointed in how she is treating Nikki at the moment.
I turn my back to her and walk back to the stove. I silently offer to take back my previous position, which my father accepts and walks over to my mum, greeting her with a kiss.
When I turn back around, everyone is standing around awkwardly, Esme beyond confused and sadden.
I switch off the gas on the stop, eliminating the blue flame that was being emitted. “Uh, we’re going to go and check on Christos.” My aunt Christina says, grabbing uncle Giorgio by the arm and gently tugging him along out of the room.
Uncle Giorgio sends me a look reading, ‘good luck’ in the most genuine way. I nod my head as a silent thank-you which I think is missed, because of the speed Aunt Christina is dragging him.
“Tom, why don’t you come with Angelina and I upstairs and we can show you what we bought.” Mum says grabbing some of their shopping bags and throwing a glance of to me with a small smile. I return the gesture with a smile thanking her.
Soon after the only people in the kitchen are Esme, Carlos and I.
“Congratulations,” I genuinely say, even though I am disappointed in the fact that my brother didn’t tell me and that Nikki wasn’t informed by her best friend either, I am still just like Nikki, extremely happy for them.
“Thank you.” Carlos says, arms around Esme from behind, resting on her belly. They both smile and leans down and kisses her when she tilts her head to the side, returning it.
