Ashton's POV

For the past two days, Luke took care of me. Sometimes he was so close to me and I had to keep reminding myself that he liked someone else.

When he left, I would cry myself to sleep, knowing that Luke would never like someone like me.

I sighed, taking out my underwear from the drawer and placing it on the bed.

It's not a good idea to start packing the day you are leaving, but Luke was the most beautiful distraction.

"Ashton!" Calum called from outside the door. "You should have some breakfast before we leave."

"I haven't finished packing!" I called back.

The door suddenly opened and Calum came in.

"I'll finish up for you. Just go and eat something."

I couldn't argue with Calum.

He was...... Calum.

"Okay." I replied and went downstairs. I didn't want to eat and I wasn't going to.

I sat at the table and just waited for Calum to finish packing my things.

"The queen is here!" Michael yelled, throwing the door open.

I jumped in fright and landed on the floor.

On my butt, might I add.

"Oh god! Ash, are you alright?" Luke's voice came from behind Michael.

"Yeah, I'm fine." I said quietly, blushing when the blonde helped me up off the floor.

"You fucking scared him, Michael!" Luke scolded at the boy but he just shrugged.

"It's not my fault your boyfriend gets scared easily."

I blushed red at his comment and looked over at Luke. His cheeks were tinted pink.

"Shudup." He muttered and sat down at the table.

"Have you eaten breakfast Ash?" Luke asked me, biting into an apple.

"Yeah." I lied quickly, biting my lip and avoiding his gaze.

"I'm gonna call Calum." I mumbled and quickly ran upstairs, almost tripping over the last step.

"We're leaving in five minutes sweetheart." Mrs Hood said, smiling at me as she passed by.

I nodded at her and went into the bathroom to brush my teeth. I closed my eyes the whole time, not wanting to look in the mirror.

I stepped out of the bathroom, immediately getting thrown at with clothes.

"Here's your sweater and beanie." Calum said, quickly. "C'mon we gotago!" He grabbed my hand and my suitcase and dragged us both down the stairs.

Mrs Hood was going to drive us to the camp since Calum can't stand being in the schoolbus for more than twenty minutes.

Mrs Hood sat at the front. Michael and Calum were in the middle seats, and Luke and I were in the back.

The blonde boy shuffled over so he was in the middle seat, right next to me. I didn't know why, though. Maybe he just really liked being in the middle seat.

My cheeks flushed red as I noticed how close he was.

Michael and Calum kept turning around and grinning at us.

Weirdos.
