What is love
I know you told me you love me but, what is love? Does love light up when you're happy or turn off when you're sad? How come you tell me you don't love me when you're really mad? What is love; Can I touch it and feel if its warm or cold? What type of love is this that I can't hold.
Love are you there for me? Can you take away all the things I can not free? Do you want me when I'm feeling lost when I'm stressed out and tell you to get lost? What is love? Is it a song that I can sing or a big diamond that I can mount into a ring? What is love? Does it fly like a bird or is it a rerun of things I've already heard? What is love does it open doors for me or make me feel warm and proud?
What is love can I take it out and show it off or take it and put it in my pocket? What is this thing we call love I heard it's as beautiful as a white dove. Two people joining hands and saying I do that's not just a movie it lives inside of you. What is love is there any pain please don't take my love in vain.
I'm going insane, someone please tell me what is love: how much time does it take to find it ? People say love is never sent in a message you have to feel it in order to give it back I'm worried ok it's a long time away from now until I find it but when it comes I hope it hits me hard so I can soften up around these walls.
Love I can tell I'm not quite ready for you. I have many things I must pursue first I want to be fully charged for when you come through. I know now what I must do! Love you are always going to be here when I'm ready to receive so what people say I must only believe, ok I got to go now I'll see you soon this is me. I'm signing off for now my heart is numb, I'll know you when you're ready to come just make sure that I'm able to be won!
